1 Running off

Matilda ran avoiding large rocks and fallen sticks her chest ached but she didn't care she continued to run until she heard nothing behind her. she slowed herself into a walk and continue to head through the forest she felt attracted to the running stream up ahead. she walked to the stream following the sound until she saw a Wolf hybrid (wolf hybrids are like people but have wolf ears and fluffy tails) He had red hair blue beautiful eyes that glistend in the sun. Matilda was mesmerized, she didn't care that hybrids were deadly. she slowly tried to back away from him. his wolf's ears perked up and he turned to look at her. "what are you doing here?" he said his voice was mixed with confusion and sternness. "I was running away sorry to disturb you" Matilda said honesty "where exactly are you running to out here?" he asked. Til stopped where was she going? she didn't know. "I'm... not sure" she said almost disappointed in herself. "so your telling me you ran into a forest full of deadly hybrids alone and defenceless?" he asked Til was surprised to hear actual concern in his voice. Matilda nodded though it wasn't exactly true she had a pocket knife in her backpack. "It's almost night you can stay with me for tonight" he offered kindly. Til eyes widend she was concerned but is was almost night and she didn't have much choice. "ok" she said with a smile. They walked in silence as Til took in all the glory of the moon light. "so what's your name?" he asked curiously breaking the silence. "Matilda,Til for short" she answered truthly "yours?" She asked with a smile. "I'm Aaron" he said not breaking the Gaze inbetween them. they continued walking and Til could feel her face blush but ignored it. "Here we are" Aaron said as he lifted a small tree branch so she could see. Til face Lit up at the sight, a nice size lake glowing in the moon light with a cave covered in glowing vines across it. "Wait you get to live here!?" She exclaimed "haha come on" he said taking her hand and dragging her past the lake as she took in the magical scene opon her.
