Block-1 Owner

Head Cipher's face had a slight hint of shock when he arrived at the doorstep of the Asterisk. Based on his personal guards' reports, he foresaw that the damage would be minimal since there was only one reported bombing.

But when he got to the foot of the place, he was visibly confused as there were clearly more than two bombings that ensued. In fact, the Asterisk was in a state of desolation with some of its portions toppled. Even the walls of the Outside were partially destroyed as well, making it more like a war ground than an actual Branch of the Asterisk Humanoids. 

"I see, so they've finally acted on their plans. I was wondering why they were acting on the defensive. Seems to me that all that was just an elaborate act to fool me." Head Cipher griped. "It's not like I didn't see this coming. This is totally in the premise of my plans." He continued so he could console himself.
