57 Punishment

Riley had a massive headache the next day. His eyes were swollen, he almost couldn't open them. Worst, Draco was sitting beside his bed, waiting for him to wake up. 

Riley instantly felt the heat rise to his face. He was embarrassed. He did not know how to explain his sudden crying fit yesterday.

Scenes of him crying buckets in Draco's arms still filled his mind, and Riley was reluctant to face the man. He was about to pretend he was still deep in sleep when Draco detected his movement.

"You're awake?" Draco asked gently. 

Caught, Riley had no choice but to stop the act. He moved to sit up.

Wasting no time, Draco bent to help Riley up. With Draco's help, Riley pushed himself to a sitting position, his back leaning on the headboard.

Then handing him a long glass of water, Draco said, "Here's water drink it first. You had a mild fever last night, but it's gone now. How are you feeling?"
