Chapter-14[Goblin's Den-3]

Looking over from the branch, I saw two girls around 20 years old wearing standard newbies armor surrounded by goblins. One of the girls actually had an arrow embedded in her knee and the arrow bypassed her, made of stone. This means there is a Goblin Archer nearby.

The other girl looks fine except for the bruises on her body, while she seems to be guarding the girl who had the arrow embedded on her knee. Turning my head towards the direction where 10 to 20 goblins are surrounding two women, completely naked showing lifeless expressions in their eyes while being used by the goblins to pleasure themselves. Seeing their condition, I knew there is no point in saving them as they would later commit suicide or something, and I am not going to get into this many goblins without a proper weapon.

Turning my head, I saw the girl trying to scare the goblins away while screaming for help. I made seven bullets of wind, the limit that I could control and make them attack the goblins while at the same time I made 10 fireballs sending them towards the goblins. Many goblins died while others ran a little away from there as the fire started to burn around the bodies of the goblins.

The girl seeing that as an opportunity quickly took the other girl with her but not before looking in my direction for a second and seeing nothing, her eyes turned towards her two other companions, and seeing their condition, she showed a sorry expression and ran away taking the girl with her.

Seeing them going away, I turned my head towards the other two girls who are still getting used to the goblins and shook my head, am I going to help them? no, without a proper weapon, I am not going to put myself at a risk.

But feeling a little sorry for their condition, I made 10 fireballs and throw them at the surrounding trees, and the goblins feeling the heat started to get away a little leaving those two alone.

I already heard some hunters coming this way, so they should be able to save them. So, Jumping by the trees, I left that place.

After walking around for a while, I reached the stairs for the next floor and made m way down.

Appearing in the same grassland, I started to run as I could now control my strength completely, and reached the jungle away from the open area as there you could meet more hunters and I don't want to meet hunters.

Walking in the jungle, I spotted some monsters like goblins and even some fang wolf, they were no problem to kill...but things started to get difficult as some archer goblins started to appear. They use bow and arrow and remain seated on high ground, but after noting their pattern, I was able to spot them easily and use a wind bullet to kill them.

My MP decreases but with the time in between the fights, it started to replenish giving me no problem. After running for half an hour, I found the stairs to the next floor, but my pocket started to feel a little heavy from all the cores in it.

'Eve, do you have some storage function?'

[Yes, there is an Inventory option. All you need to do is to think of the item in your hands and it will store in that.]

Nodding my head while ignoring the fact that I forget to ask about something like this, I thought about the cores in my pocket, and the next moment, they vanished. I tried to think again and they appeared back. So, storing them in, I made my way down.

Getting out of the stairs, I directly start to run in the direction of the forest. This floor had more hunters than any other, so I have to be careful. And many hunters here are known to be from some guild, so staying away from them is the best thing to do.

Getting into the forest, I made my way directly to the next floor. And reaching the place, I heard another group coming in this direction, so I quickly made my way down and did the same with the next floor while killing some fang wolves which pounced at me.

On the next floor, I killed every monster that I saw...mainly some [Wild Chimp], a monkey-like monster which lives on the trees. They are complete bastards as they throw things at you while being in the trees and taunting you. But, if they get the prey, they rip it apart...those claws aren't for show.

To kill them, I also started to jump from branch to branch while controlling earth bullets around me, killing any wild chimp that I saw.

After reaching the next floor, I started using [Fireball] only as its proficiency is the only one that is more than enough to easily kill the monsters that appeared. This whole floor was filled with a group of goblins walking around, and there was not a single trace of any other monster. Killing all the goblins from a group, now I am standing in front of the goblin wearing leather armor and a metal sword in its hand.

The goblin lunged at me while giving a warcry-like scream. I smirked making a fireball in my right and side-stepped making the goblin go past me and I slammed my hand directly into the head of the goblin, making the fireball hit it in the head. But something which I hadn't anticipated happened, its head burst open like a balloon and the contents of that got onto my body making me feel disgusted.

Taking the sword and putting it in the inventory, I took the core out of the dead body of the goblin and mentally sighed.

'The money that I will make today is going to give me enough money to pay all the pending and the future fees of Emma's studies...'

I then walked towards the source of water which I heard and found a pond, cleaning myself away from the disgusting things onto me, I released a sigh again.

During the recent floors, I was controlling my physical strength as much as I could, but I let it slip while killing the Armoured Goblin, making its head burst open. My physical strength is quite high for the D-rank monsters right now, but I don't have the right method to use it...wait, I could use that sword. Taking the sword out of the inventory I began to look at it attentively.
