Rule 37: The meeting of all top Mafiadom.

It's the 20th of December

Just five days to Christmas

Koln wakes up early in the morning, with two social workers by his side.

He taps both of them and sends them off immediately

He picks the landline, calls room service and asks for a bottle of expensive champagne, then he picks up his phone and calls someone " get dressed " he says.

After the call, he opens the shower and gets a bubble bath in the tub.

He then turns in the TV and watches Grammars Bjorn campaign in a state up North, " well, we haven't heard much from this guy " he says to himself.

Not long after, the room service brings in the Champagne, he receives it and shuts the door as the male worker exit his room.

Still having a towel wrapped around his waist, Koln takes a cup as he opens the wardrobe and glances at the only dress in it, which happens to be a black suit" it's been a while since have worn a suit " he says to himself.

About five minutes later, Koln gets dressed and picks up his phone to phone the person he called earlier, " am about two minutes almost ready, get Left and let's meet at the garage underground ".

Immediately after having the call, Koln sits for a while as he switches the Channel and watches cartoons as he sips the champagne.

Immediately after having finished the champagne, Koln heads out of his room, gets in the elevator, and pushes the button leading to the underground garage. Of course, who he expects to meet is there ( Right and Left of course ) both dressed in T-shirts and jeans with the official rabbits' sign on them.

They all head inside the car, ( a vintage vehicle ) which they head out of the hotel with.

Not long after

About ten minutes,

They soon arrived at a two-story building in an unknown location but it's surrounded by civilians who go on about with their daily lives.

Despite being a two-story building, it's quite Petit and looks like it was built for a purpose that would soon be explained shortly.

They head inside this building.

Inside the building, they see a female receptionist who stops them

" you are late Koln " The receptionist speaks to them like they are familiar with each other

" Well, I intended on coming late" Koln replies like he is playing along.

Two hefty men come in and search Koln and his boys before they could move up the stairs to include in the meeting.

They took the stairs to the first floor.

Immediately they entered the floor, they soon see the gathering of the ten mafia leaders. Nine-second class and a first-class who is also the one who initiated the meeting, Reece Ottomans of course.

The mafia leaders all present with at least one or two of their guards standing behind them, Reece hitman is also with him wearing his white suit as usual

Reece starts his speech

" Finally, the last leader is here.

It's all meant to be nine of you second class men. But some of you have done some shitty things, either by setting yourselves up or by getting fucked up.

So they are six of you here.

Loyal Dogs are still in hiding after killing Bobsleigh Weir, a presidential candidate.

Judes aren't here, thanks to the Leagues

And the Disciples like to be quiet and have things their way. They haven't even been doing drugs or trafficking lately, no one here showed up."

" But I congratulate you all her, from the Rats to the capos to her majesty " Reece continues

For the Riff Rats is Joe ( the Joe we all know. Or little we all know he is the leader of the Rats )

Then Sanjay ( leader of Judes ) shows up even after putting a whole second class mafia family into extinction.

For her majesty is an old lady who addresses herself as queen, ( she is also British ).

" I want you all to know that I recently got a threat from Yamashita. And a threat to the first class is a threat to us all " Reece says

" Mehn, that's bullocks. You can't just have things your way because you are a billionaire " Bunny objects.

" I agree with that. Just because you are a first-class doesn't mean your extinction is also our extinction. Stop dreaming Reece " the queen also objects.

Joe then stands up " I believe what Reece is saying is true. We all know Underlings and the mans are the only ones close to the Akuma. Without them, the Akuma wouldn't do any business with us. And let's face it, we make a lot of money from shitty business, even the president knows that's what is keeping world moving forward.

So if Reece dies, the Akuma would probably cease business with us and getting a new business partner would probably take years because we are a country that has a variety of enemies "

" Well, you might be wretched, but you got brains " Reece congrats Joe

" Am not wretched, I just do things like a wretched " Joe answers Reece non-questions statement.

" But why would Yamashita accost you off all people? " Joe asks.

" That's because I declined a business proposal " Reece answers.

" Really, why? " Koln asks

" That's because 1-helping the Akuma is killing kids out there. Drugs sales are increasing rapidly and trust me it's not a good thing.

2- The Akuma also do things without fear. I would end up getting killed after they have used up my money and influence.

3- let's face it. Helping them is like throwing away my money in the river. Am getting no guarantee. As their name implies, Akuma is the devil of all mafia in this world and not the only world. ( The real world wide. Not world country ).," Reece replies briefly

Then Sanjay gets up and is about to give a speech

" Hey, just sit down. You have no right to talk after killing innocent lives like that " Reece orders him to sit down

" you can't blame me. It's a set up " Sanjay replies

" You killed the boss and his family yourself. According to my Intels," Reece says

" He would have done so if I didn't do it first. And common what of the capos and kudos fight. What of rabbits killing the buccaneers " Sanjay screams.

" Well. We weren't aware of the setups that led to Koln killing a little gang. The capos and kudos got over their disputes.

Why didn't you just call a truce? Sanjay, a truce. " Reece screams back.

" Well, I saw it coming. It's mafia. Everything is shitty down in the underworld ( underworld, as in mafia activities ). Reece continues as he settles back to his seat.

Not long after the shouting, the real shitty people in about four of them

" Hey, you guys really offended us, aren't we also worldians, " the person says.

" Mans. What are you doing here " Reece says with malevolence in his eyes.

" Isn't it obvious, am here for the truce meeting " the mans member comes

He also happens to be one of the three mafia bosses of mans. And the other three are his minions. ( His name is anonymous though )

" Well, no one invited you," Koln says as he stands up looking into his eyes.

" Reece tell this second class to shut it before I extinct him and his family like the Judes," he tells Reece

Indeed, Reece settles Koln down back to his chair with just starring at him.

" By the way, Yamashita asked me to come here," he says

" Bastard, don't you know the Akuma are using you, " Reece tells him

" Let face it. Akuma or not, I still like killing, spilling blood and sending people to hell. " He replies.

" Well, no problem, settle down and let's continue the meeting " Reece calms down.

" So what have you guys been cooking up? " The mans boss asks

I hope it's not to plan a raid against us the mans or the Akuma " he continues.

But as Reece slightly turns his head giving his hitman a sign by winking his eyes. Immediately, his hitman sees this wink, he draws out a two katana from a safe on the floor of the room ( of course the building is for Reece, he has secrets in it ).

He tosses one katana for his boss and the other to himself.

Immediately they charge at the mans. The mans also aren't slouching as they draw out their guns and start shooting. They kill most of the guards that accompanied the other mafia bosses.

Of course, no one in the room Is meant to be armed since they all surrendered their weapons down at the reception, but the mans with weapons is also not a hard task to figure out. They continue shooting as the guards all try to save their bosses. Most of them die doing so.

But not to worry much, the mans minions soon die one after the other by the hands of the katana, yours truly Reece and his hitman.

They finally kill the minions and the boss remaining. He tries to run but Reece slices him on his neck, of course, he doesn't die, he is a Hybrid.

" Hahahahahaha. You can't kill me " the man boss says

Without even thinking much, Reece picks up a grenade from a safe on the floor of the room and his hitman holds the *mans * for him, Reece shoves down the grenade down the throat of the *mans* as he explodes within himself and dies in the spot.

But he dies slowly since he is and Hybrid, but as he dies he says " my other mans would avenge me ".

" So sad he was either a first stage or a second stage," koln says.

" So, is this war or what ?" The queen asks

" I don't have a brief answer to that, but let's all brace ourselves " Reece replies.

After the meeting is adjourned.

All the mafia bosses have all left the building

Only Reece and his hitman are still in the building.

Immediately they see all the mafia depart, Reece falls on the floor, he is bleeding from his kidney.

" When did this happen boss ?" His hitman asks out of anxiety.

" Since the fight with the mans. I just had to keep it so those other mafia bosses won't realize am not an Hybrid. " He replies.

" Wait. You aren't an Hybrid ?" His hitman asks

" Yeah, you've worked for me, fifteen years now. And you don't know that " Reece replies

" Well. That because you are one careful old man and you have a lot of secrets, your fights are always clean also "

" Yeah. Just get me to the hospital. Will you? " Reece replies as he groans in pains

The mans like I said earlier, is the most dangerous mafia in World, they kill without hesitation, they are known for massive killings and massive child and female trafficking, they don't really deal with drugs. They just shed blood like it's an hobby.

They are the closest to the Akuma, the reason the Akuma likes them out of all mafia in Asia and Australia is because they cooperate with them and help the Akuma do most of their dirty works.

To put it short, they are Akuma favourite mafia associate.
