His awaiting mate

CHAPTER 7

"What are you" June asked him eager to know.

"Me? I'm a Lycan"

"I don't understand. What is that?" June looked at him confused.

With that question, Mike started to explain about lycanthropes and their existence pantiently. It was a longest monologue that he had ever done. But, he never got tired of speaking when he had got to watch his mate reaction.

When he said he could turn into a big wolf. June smile and panted her cheeks.

Mike caressing her hair gentle and said "We, Lycans, have different values in relationship than humans and all of those values center on our mate.."

Mike continued his explanation about how all the Lycans cherished their mate and how painful it was when their other half was getting hurt, so it was almost impossible for Lycans to harm their own mate.

While Mike explained all the things that could be some answers her questions, June removed his hand from her head and laying down cover her body with blanket. Mike didn't saying anything and help her cover herself well.

At the end of explanation June low her head and said "Can you show me your wolf from? I ..I I want to see your big wolf"

After saying that, a long silence keep by.

June take deep breathe. Started to regret for asking her question "Am sorry for asking that" she raise her head and looked at him.

When he looked at his face, his ocean blue eyes turn darker like deep pit of hell and remained that way. He smiled as his canine elongated; his body bent forward as fur fought it's way out from follicles his skin.

The Grey fur sprouted all over his body through the Shirt he was wearing . This stunning Transformation happened less than a minute; in her eyes she feel like forever. In front of her_ instead of Mike, it was huge Grey Wolf.

The wolf was times bigger than her, the same size as a bear. His paws embedded in the soft bed. Contrasted with his pure-grey colored fur.

June didn't realize that she had been holding her breath, she couldn't take her eyes off the most beautiful creature that she have never seen.

After few minutes she snapped out of her shock I guess, she looked at his worry eyes of the beast_ even in his wolf from, she could tell he was worry and waiting for her reaction.

Holding her breath again when reached out her hand.

The Wolf looked at her hand; laying down so that he could touch him well before he closed his eyes.

The moment June touch his fur_ the wolf groan deep and nudged her hand, allowed her to do whatever she wanted.

His fur was so soft, the softest things that June had ever touched. He was light Grey without a single stain. She use both of her hand to stroke his snout, exploring his face, sinking her fingers deeper into in his fur.

Her sudden adventurousness slightly made the beast shiver, he loved the way she touched him. He stood in front legs, made him taller than her.

June dropped her hand and looked at him with smile. Mike's wolf put his paws forward as he brought himself closer to her, nudged her nose that make June to giggle.

He nudged her cheek once more to make smile on June face to last long. They spend their good time together till June tired and feeling asleep in his body.

Mike stay still till her mate feeling asleep deeply. He shifted back into his human form and carry his mate to the bed; he kissed her forehead and left the room after he hear some noise out off the door.

"What is all this noise?" He lean at the room door and cross his hands.

Liam and the little girl stop shouted in anger and stood still after they hear Mike voice.

"First Uncle, I'm so angry with Second Uncle. He took me by force at my mommy's house and on top of that he beat bodyguards of my mom and threat the maids" little snow complain with angry voice while stared at her second Uncle like she want to eat him alive.

The temperature in that corridor seem to turn cold. That will make people freeze to death, Mike shift his gaze away to Liam and looked down at little snow "What do you mean?"

Little snow swallowed hard and start to explain everything from the start. Till Liam and other went to June penthouse, beat all of her mom bodyguards and tie them with rope, threatening maids that they will killed them if they didn't hand her over.

Mike listening to her explanation quiet till little snow finish said everything, he sighed and said with calm voice "So you mean that woman whom helped and take care of you for a few days, her name was June Smith?"

"Yes, Uncle"

"Okay, I will let you meet her, but for now go." Mike felt happy in his heart after realize that the girl who helped and take care of his niece was his mate, his awaiting mate.
