"YOUR MAJESTY YOUR MAJESTY! It's Deltavare, the Deltavare soldiers are attacking the borders!" A soldier yelled out scrambling into the throne room without a single care. A porcelain cup was smashed before him causing the tea to spill onto the red carpet.

Claude's face was as dark as ink. No one was standing in the room under immense pressure. "They dare attack again. Felix! Prepare your best soldiers, we're fighting back immediately." It hasn't been a long time since Claude has fought in a battle, but this one was just plain unpredictable.

The two emperors were just ignoring each other before they started attacking out of nowhere. People were dying in the outskirts of the city and it was his people. Claude arrived on the battlefield on his horse. His sword shined bright as his presence stunned nearby soldiers who were fighting off Deltavare.

Claude ran into the battlefield and started his killing spree.

Heusc watched the battlefield from a tree far away. He had a hand holding onto his chin questioning what was happening to the timeline. From his memories, there wasn't a war anytime near the beginning of the story, but again this was like a different dimension where Athanasia and Claude got along well, or better than in the manga, during the beginning.

His eyes were calm as his eyes scanned the field noticing someone slipping past the soldiers. Heusc ran down from his spot, though a bit far away he was able to boat himself using gravity and his magic abilities. He sliced the enemy's head off and stayed behind Claude.

The clean cuts they made were almost memorizing if not for they have their enemies to deal with. Each swipe of the blade is smooth like cutting butter. Blood was wiped away by the wind while some were left behind sticking to the swords. It almost looked as if they were dancing under the light. Sparkling clothing perfectly with the sun's reflection on the jewels and sword.

Heusc on the other hand was even more elegant with his use of the great sword. Smashing it onto the ground only for it to be easily lifted again into the air to make another strike.

Once the situation was under control Heusc stabbed one of the enemy soldiers who was riding a horse. Jumping on the horse Heusc quickly rode off telling Claude where he'll be just in case, he knew something weird was going on with this war but just didn't know what.

Was it the gods here to punish him for being here? The only god he knew about was Xavier but he didn't think they'd hate him to this point. There were so many questions left unanswered and he didn't want to die yet.

"Why are you here?" A voice asked as Heusc ran through the battlefield helping when he could. A shocked expression shone on his face as he looked around the field confused. BUt due to him being off guard for a moment an arrow shot against his arm creating a red slash as it cut through the fabric.

Turning back to look back Heusc charged at them with his sword in hand. With a bit of luck Heusc used the reflective surface he aimed the glare into the enemy's eyes which created a light spot for him to control.

The other shielded their eyes from the light blinking rapidly to get water back into his eyes. All it took was that, and he already signed his death wish. Heusc was in the man's face when their hand was down and with a stab to the stomach, blood oozed out of their mouth. He didn't understand how Heusc was able to appear so fast when they were so far away.

"M-monster…"

The surprise didn't even disappear even as they dropped to the ground. The surrounding soldiers all gasped and tried to retreat as Heusc glanced at them. What had they done to face such a horrific monster?! The soldiers scrambled on the ground leaving Heusc there watching their backs as they did.

It was too late when their commander realized half of their people had disappeared. Calling back their troops they ran away screaming and tripping onto the bloody ground.

The yell and screams of the soldiers surrounding Heusc faded away, it's almost like he wasn't even here in the reality he has come to know of. The soldiers ran past him without even taking a glance at him, one of the soldier's hands brushed past his legs...

More like it went through him.

The color of the scene faded to black and white from the spot where the hand was supposed to brush. The horse he rode on started to walk around apparently free from discoloration, unlike the rest of his world. The sounds of the hooves echoed in the soundless world, each clear and concise. As the horse walked and the world faded away like dust when blown.

His clothes turned black and white, like ink flowing in water.

He was confused by what's happening rather than scared, there was no reason to panic since he knew no one could help him at this moment. They can't even see him so what's the point?

He arrived at a familiar place. The same infinite room where he met Yin at. But this time the bed was gone and the same tree was still here glowing its soft blue light while floating in the air. The horse huffed and stopped in its tracks turning its head to look at Heusc.

Getting the signal, he got off the horse and approached the tree again. But this time it was a lot bigger than before. The roots were almost touching the ground as its branches were a few feet longer than before.

"Who are you?"

The voice spoke again but it sounded a lot closer. The light from the tree flickered along with the voice. Heusc looked at the tree again with confusion covering his face.

"How are you here?"

"What do you mean?" Heusc questioned, was not supposed to be in this... Realm? "I've been here before." He said as the voice fell silent like it was thinking about something.

"You've been here before?"

It said, sounding shocked about that fact. It was unusual since Heusc approached the tree many times during his stay in the infinite room. The voice sounded like a female's, powerful yet calm and collected, they seemed to be a powerful being for the realm but Heusc didn't know what.

"Yes, ma'am I have been here before."

"For how long?"

"I would say a few days." Heusc was getting weirded out.

"... how curious… no one has been able to visit me in a while. Well, you have surprised me mortal," the woman certainly didn't sound surprised.

"What do you mean?"

"No one of such status can visit the dream realm… Nobody knows about this place that lives in this world, you are indeed special," her voice was fading.

'Is it because… I'm from a different world?' Heusc thought as he looked back at the tree again.

"Yes, I am well aware of that, but I shall not do anything to you for now."

Heusc looked confused as hearing what the tree wanted to say.

A faint shout echoed in the room as the room started spinning. A sick feeling settled on Heusc as he tried not to throw up. The smell of blood didn't help either as it just made him even more nauseous. He fell onto the horse as it started to walk away from the tree. But before he officially lost consciousness he heard a few simple words.

"I'll see you soon," she completely fades out.
