7 queens of fate

6000 years ago- Kana, the witch queen split the land into 7 parts. She gave each of her daughters a land to rule. To keep the peasants in line kana cursed the people of the land to forever need her daughters descendants. After watching her daughters rule the lands she noticed each daughter was leading differently. This displeased her so she blessed the lands with horrible names based on the sins of the people. After the lands were blessed all records of Kana vanish, legend has it to left this land with her prized beast, a dragon named Alexandrite.

3000 years ago- As time passed and fear of the witch became something of a ghost story the citizens started to test their boundaries. The queens daughters were taken and killed. To protects the queen heirs all the queens gathered to use their magic to create a second child. For every queen a knight was born. A twin brother, a human shield who has no greater purpose in life than to die for his queen. and for a time this was enough.

700 years ago- A kingdom killed the royal twins with dire consequences, the land withered and died, the animals vanished, and without the royal blessing all the children died before they were a month old. They became the land of exampled. No one had really known what the witch kana's curse had been but seeing it now. A new fear filled the people, to lose the royalty would mean death for everything.

500 years ago- a queen was killed when a plague killed many of the citizens, though the kingdom survived because the brother had survived. He took a partner and she gave birth to the next queen.
