65 Spark

It will be lunchtime soon. I looked at a distance just to see Jane walking towards me with an irritated face. 

"What is wrong with you?" I asked her with concern. It was the first day that we were working today after being promoted but it was the most hectic of them all. 

We both thought for once that maybe getting promoted was not the cherry on the cake. We were informed that we would be assigned to our new departments within a day or two. Maybe that would lessen our burden.

"Do you know who I'm currently under? Ella. Can you imagine how much she is torturing me as if she's getting back at me for back answering her? She is so silly and childish." Jane shook her head in disappointment. 

She looked at me with a smile once her emotions were in check as she asked, "Do you want to have lunch together?"
