After becoming a high school graduate; 18 year old Roxie Rodriguez says goodbye to the small town like that she has always known since she was a little girl and prepares for the next big chapter of her life: a freshman college student in New York City. Throughout her adventures in college; Roxie discovers this undeniable passion for writing and comes to the complicated decision on whether or not now is the best time to pursue her dreams of becoming an author or continue with her college education to become an administrative manager.
