Wedding Bells
Dad announced at dinner, Nia and Xavier are going to get married this weekend. Mom was surprised to hear this sudden news but happy also,whereas, Nia was not happy, she did not say anything and stepped out of the room quietly.
Afterwards, Mom and Dad discussed the things with Xavier regarding all the preparations of wedding. He took their all burden by saying that he will manage everything according to their and Nia's choice and they only have to takecare of Nia until the day.
Nia was in anger she doesn't want to get married like this in a hurry and she doesn't want Xavier to marry her in sympathy. She was roaming on terrace and waiting for him to come up stairs so she could negotiate about all this going on. Xavier came from behind and found her there, a smile came to his face as he reached her, "Future wife is waiting for future husband anxiously." She gasped and turned around in rage.
She asked: Why are you trying to marry a divorcee and abductee with such an enthusiasm? He nodded and replied, let me correct you, I am going to marry an innocent girl, who needs my protection and love in order to go ahead in life and leave this trauma behind. Also, I like this girl and wanted to stay by her side forever. Hope this clears your mind and thoughts regarding this thing.
Nia remain shocked by his clear confession and cannot move for a while from her place. Weekend came up and she was standing infront of mirror watching herself in a cloudy and sparkly white gown along with a crystal white crown. Mom came up to her to take her down the aisle. She cannot control her tears after watching her in bridal gown as a beautiful bride, many prayers went across her heart while holding her towards the stage along with Nia's Dad.
Nia and Xavier exchanged the rings and father anounced them as lawly wedded husband and wife. Mom and Dad clapped with watery eyes and smiling lips. Xavier turned around and kissed Nia on her forhead, she got embarrassed a little infront of father and mom dad. Four of them had a candle light dinner together and mom dad presented them both some gifts, which they accepted with a smile and thanks.
Bride and Groom came up to the bed room. Nia was sitting on bed and playing with her fingers when Xavier came upto her. Held her hand with love and respect and put a beautiful diamond ring on her finger. Then he took her hand and kissed at back of it. Nia felt a current passing down her spine. Then he asked Nia for his gift and Nia looked at him with a surprise and appologised as she hasn't bought anything for him. He laughed at her appology and accepted it with a term that I will get a wedding gift of my own choice now, to which she agreed easily. He looked at her with naughty eyes.
Both were tired, so changed into pajamas and get to sleep fastly. Next day, Nia woke up to see that mom and dad were going back to hometown. She just became worried if something happened to them because of Xavier's stepdad who will be reponsible for that. She did not want them to go. But Xavier told her that he arranged safety around their home and also alerted the two guards to be with them all the time. He will keep an eye and everything will be fine soon.
Mom dad left with love and prayers for newly weds and now Xavier turned towards her and asked with a smirk, I could not find someone's dairy, do you know where it is? Nia replied, why you need someone's dairy?Don't you have your own? Xavier smiled and said innocently, I wanted to book the tickets for next destination for our honeymoon. Nia looked at him with a shock in her eyes as she got know the truth behind all their previous trips now, he came across her and held her arms, looked into her eyes and put his lips on her forehead. She got confused and looked down while resisting his touch. He whispered in her ear, I love the way you blush when I kiss you . She felt that her cheeks were going to burst with heat so, pushed him away with full energy and ran towards the lawn.
He asked from behind, so, where you want me take you on a honeymoon wifey? She replied, to the paradise. He smiled and went to make the arrangements.
She wandered here and there all the day as Xavier was busy in his business meetings from last two days. She decided to visit to the artistic town of Egypt as she was a fan of art and paintings. She took the cab and reached the town. All day she saw different paintings and ate variety of foods. Xavier got to know from reception that ma'm was not in hotel since morning. He got a little worried that where she is and feeling fine or not. He came back from work and still she was not there.
She came back with a lots of paintings from different artists and after watching her infront Xavier got some relief as he was worried for her. She was so excited about her visit of today and started explaining him how her day went. He could not say a word infront of her excitement and just listened to her every word. He liked this girl's smile so much and wanted to see her smiling all day, a point popped in his mind and he smiled at himself that how dreamy and romantic he is becoming day by day.
Nia called mom and dad, they picked the call and started asking her about the routine and she started telling them about artistic town and all her shopping of abstract art. They were happy to listen the old excitement in her voice but also a little worried cause Xavier's stepdad was out of town and in a search for Nia and Xavier.
Xavier also get the news of his stepdad from his sources, he was also cautious and alert. He came across her after she finished the call and told her in a clear and polite way that do not go outside without him as it is not safe for her. She looked at him and asked, anything happened? He said, not yet but could happen in future because dad is chasing us as he got the news of our wedding.
