After getting the bow Sacred Gear, Alex selected another uncommon ticket and tried to spin again.

He pressed [OK] and selected another ticket.

'*sigh* Well, why not just check where I can travel with this.'

Alex went back to the main menu and selected the 'World List' option, there were two tickets there.

He selected the common one first, the next moment Lottery Wheel appeared which ignited in the white glow.

"Heh… as expected bunch of Slice of Life stuff, none of these will help me to train… unless I go on mass-murdering rampage…"

After a quick read of the titles later, Alex realised that all these worlds were known to him, and he liked them to some extent…

Mostly because of cute girls or some amusing school stuff.

'Hmm, I could use them when I am tired of the attention I get from the supernatural side, it will even get worse IF I get the Booster Gear.'

That moment he realised that this would be his escape, it wouldn't matter to him much, as THE Dungeon would go with him no matter where he went.

Hopefully…

Without wasting any more time, he pressed the spin button.

'Yeah… thought so…'

A sigh escaped his lip before pressing [OK] and selecting the uncommon ticket next.

This time his eyes brightened to a certain extent as he saw the worlds with some superpowers available to him!

'Guilty Crown, Code Geass… oh, damn is that Asura Cryin…'

A grimace appeared on Alex's face as he remembered the Drama in that anime, he did love the concept of autonomous machines coming out from one's shadows though…

At the price of a loved one…

Anyway, he read some more stuff, and none of them is overpowered by any stretch, even Geass from Code Geass, he doubts it could affect slightly stronger beings.

Without thinking much about it, he pressed the Spin button.

"Yeah… That's a difficult choice…" Another grimace appeared on Alex's face.

For one he would go there and save the pink-haired beauty, and for another, the power of Kings is utterly useless to him outside the zone where the virus did not touch…

It's a destination for a vacation…

'Now I wonder how Inori power would convert over to DxD? Will she get something like control over crystals? A singing-based power?'

For a few more hours or so Alex was just lazing around on the tree branch thinking about random thoughts…

From thinking about how other waifus would get to his world and how their powers would change to fit with the place.

To other stray thoughts like for example how OP of a master he would be in a Grail War?

After a break, Alex returned to cutting the tree branch above him.

Since it was slow progress he had time to think more.

He remembered the book on magic energy.

And how it depends on how magic flows to affect things around it.

'I wonder if I am to make magic energy behave like lightning instead of just supporting the electricity?'

With the new idea in mind, Alex stopped cutting and dissolved the magic construct.

Instead, he started to experiment with lightning and electricity.

While it sounded easy it was not, even if the teen was natural to Lightning element above anything else.

The sheer chaotic nature of the element did not help, trying to copy chaos was an absurdity on its own.

Yet, since he was extremely natural at it, thanks to his Electrokinesis, he could understand some of it.

How it flows, how destructive it is, how fast it is, how it reacts to things…

Now, however, he had to do the same with his magic, while his magic is part of him, it doesn't mean it understands how to flow like lightning and electricity in general.

Alex needed to guide it to do that.

Forgetting about the tree branch cutting, the teen focused most if not all his time on this new, and very frustrating way of training his magic!

When his magic would tire he would use that time to exercise his body.

At one time he even used the branch above him to do pulls ups…

By… sharpening his fingers will electricity he would do hundreds if not thousands of pull-ups.

Once his body would tire up he would use his magic to try to copy electricity patterns…

"FUCK! So, close!"

*BOOM*

*CRACK*

A portion of the branch was blasted off when something similar to Lightning struck it.

"Goddam… here goes my t-shirt…"

Alex inspected himself after it, lots of electricity was dancing around him.

Most of his shirt was blasted off. So, he just ripped the remains of the t-shirt and threw it away, getting his upper part completely bare of any clothes.

This was not the first t-shirt to be blasted by his unstable lightning.

"I am running out of those…" He softly said to himself as he checked the inventory.

There was still one left…

Not that it's cold… or anything.

The weather here at first was chilly to him. But, now… he doesn't mind it at all!

After deciding to ignore the t-shirt problem he looked back at his hand.

"Right! I was so freaking close To synchronising this!"

After a bunch of tries, he stopped counting after it reached three digits.

That's where the explosiveness started…

That's where he noticed the strangeness which he calls synchronisation!

After the first reaction, he noticed the explosiveness of this!

It's like they empower each other! His regular lightning is generated by his Electrokinesis, and the lightning created by his Magic.

And it did make sense to him after all he was using two energies in perfect synchronisation!

Once again Alex closed his eyes and used his electricity, then he started channelling magic and started with synchronisation.

In the beginning, it was fine. But, then he started to lose control once he started to increase the output.

'No, rushing here is no good, while it's electricity, something which is expected to be fast and destructive, this is not about its abilities! But, synchronisation of two energies!'

At that moment a smirk appeared on his face.

A crackling of electricity in his hand increased.

It got, louder and louder until crackling changed into something similar to birds chirping and the low booming of lightning.

At that moment Alex opened his eyes and saw a small blade of pure electricity flowing in his hand.

It looked more like pure plasma than electricity, one would think, if not for the occasional sparks coming from it.

That moment he channelled more of the energies and it grew, it grew long enough to cut the tree branch.

Then he swung it, and started cutting it!

Much faster than ever before.

A few moments later the tree branch started to fall and Alex got out of its way.

After the tree branch fell he looked around and grimaced.

There were lots, lots of scorch marks all over this area.

Once again he got sucked into doing something…

'Oh, damn…' he sighed and decided to check his stats…

Alex nearly lost balance when he saw this! Just how long was he doing this!?

THE dungeon is quite literally messing with his head!

*Groan*

He turned around and jumped on a tree trunk, he quite casually did a leap several tens of metres and quite easily reached the higher levels.

Then with a few jumps, he arrived at another tree trunk and cut the branch easily off after less than a few minutes.

Alex repeated the same action until one side of the tree was gone.

Now it looked like a sign which pointed at his safe house.

'Perfect, with this I can truly start exploring this place.' He hummed at his handy work before deciding to return to Julis.

He quite missed her.

'Damn… I hope I was not gone for a year…again' Alex travelled through trees as a sigh escaped his lips.

The teen realised that his travelling speed significantly increased once more.

The so-called 'Lightning Force' doubles if not triples his stats once he activates it.

It doesn't look like Raikage's Lightning cloak. But, to be perfectly honest it's not far from it.

The only thing missing right now is the sheer volume of power he needs to make it to his level.

Now he only needs to find a mirror and see if his hair went up…

'I should learn about Touki. Then I will look like Super Saiyan or something similar to that!' He chuckled with amusement while thinking about that.

A few moments later he saw his safehouse, without fear, he jumped down from the top level of the treetop, and very gracefully landed on the ground then started walking towards the doors.

He passed the main room and walked to the bedroom, without much thought he collapsed on the bed, and the very next second he fell asleep.

~~~~~~Next Morning~~~~~~

*Groan*

Alex opened his eyes and he felt like he had a very long workout last night and he had only a small nap instead of an 8-hour sleep.

'So, the longer I stay there the worse the recoil…'

He tried to stand up but his world was spinning like crazy.

'Ok, from now I will try to train in moderation…' A grimace appeared on his lips as he stayed in the bed.

Around a few minutes later the doors slowly opened, and Julis poked her head.

"Morning Alex." The girl greeted him, very next second she was washed up from the empathic link, she tried not to show that on her face.

But, she was in shock…

"Morning… can you bring me some aspirin with water, please," Alex asked from the bed.

*Sigh*

"Can't you just upgrade your stats like yesterday?" She asked with a sigh.

"Already did… didn't help...much…" He said from his side.

"Fine… but, you will cut the time you spend there!" She said that with narrowed eyes, and it promised pain too!

Alex could not see her look. But, he felt her gaze…

The girl was dead serious, and he doesn't want to piss her off more than needed.

Less than five minutes later she was back with a cup of water.

The teen took it from her, and after several tries, Julis wanted to help him drink. But, Alex eventually did and once again lay on the bed.

"Should… we call in sick?" She asked after several moments of waiting.

"Nope, we should not, Sitri will come to us herself, she is that kind of person," Alex explained to her.

"I...see. In that case, I will start making breakfast." She turned around and left the room, closing the doors behind her.

She then leaned on the door with a massive blush on her face.

'What is wrong with him!? How long he was away to get this much on longing!?' Julis thought with a furious blush.

She can now somewhat discern what kind of feeling she was feeling from him apart from affection.

The pinkhead took a deep breath and tried to control her rapidly beating heart before walking into the kitchen.

Eventually, Alex was up from his bed, he was in no condition to do anything major today.

In other words, THE dungeon is balancing him out, whether he wants to or not.

So, with very tired steps he arrived at the dining area before dropping into a chair.

"Breakfast will be ready in a few minutes." The princess said to him from the kitchen area.

"Thanks…"

"I prepared something energising for you, I don't want everyone looking weirdly at us again!" She said with an embarrassing pout.

People here were super weird to Julis, just because she was energetic and Alex looked tired didn't mean a thing in her eyes!

But, the rest? They thought they were doing something embarrassing!

Alex could only smile, didn't he already tell her in what place they ended up?
