1 Prologue
It was early autumn, September had just kicked in and the school year had just started.
The first days of school have begun and many of the students are already trying to return to the routine of studying, and one such student is...
Alexios 'Alex' Komnenos, he is a teenager with short black hair and ocean blue eyes, his height is not too short nor is it too tall, it would be considered the perfect middle, and his looks can be called eye-pleasing.
But, what truly stood out to people who have, at least, a little sense of history was the teen's surname.
Even Alex, himself, asked his parents about their surname, all his father ever did was just shrug his shoulders, his father before him had it, and his father before him had it… So on and so forth, they all had the surname…
In the end, he just accepted that he MIGHT have a connection with the royal family of the fallen Byzantine Empire and the Trebizond Empire…
Not that it mattered in any way as those empires are already gone for over 600 or so years…
So, that just leaves him with the status of an average teenager with a fancy surname. Well, at least his 'legacy' helped him strive in school, being constantly in the top 3 with grades has somewhat made him a role model.
This, in turn, made him the centre of attention, leading to him needing to hide his certain hobbies of watching anime, reading manga, and even listening to anime songs.
Yeah… he didn't allow anyone to touch his phone… that's a one-way ticket to being laughed at for being a 'dork'...
So, one of the best times to listen to his favourite soundtracks was now, when he was returning home from school…
With headphones on, he didn't hear the rumbling in the sky, it wasn't that loud and his headphones were noise-cancelling, and most importantly... The sky was clear.
Thus, he didn't even have time to react as a thunderbolt struck him…
The only thing that Alex saw was a bright flash of light, which made him lose balance and fall onto the ground…
"That...was...not cool…" He said while closing his eyes and trying to get over the fact that a bright flash forced him to lose balance and fall on his ass!
A few blinks later, he got up on his feet, and while his eyes were stinging, he was able to somewhat see, but more importantly, did lightning just struck him!?
How the fuck was he was still alive? No, the fact that there was a lightning strike in the first place, when there was not a single cloud in the sky is already ridiculous!
After looking around for a few moments, he noticed that the pavement was still intact, and that there were no scorch marks of any kind. It made him believe that he might even be daydreaming… but the loud sound and that bright flash…
'Maybe it was not even lightning to begin with, a flashbang perhaps?'
With a frustrated sigh, he just continued to walk home…

After returning home and changing his clothes, Alex got himself something to eat. As he was eating in the kitchen, he noticed something weird…
There was now a new app on his phone…
"Okay… "
With a quick check, he noticed that it was a software app and that he can't delete it.
'Don't remember there being an OS update, but since when was a goddamn lottery wheel app part of the OS?' Alex narrowed his eyes in frustration, he hates unnecessary apps inside his phone, especially when it was something related to something like gambling!
"And who in their right mind calls their app the 'R.O.B's Lottery Wheel'?" He was about to laugh, but then remembered the freak incident just a few minutes ago, and now there is an app with the 'R.O.B' name on it!
"I am probably going insane if I am even considering starting this app…" Just like any closed-door otaku, Alex has 'heard' the legends of Truck-kun, or its superior, the R.O.B, and their uncanny interest in transporting random individuals to fantasy worlds…
But this would be the first time he has heard something about a R.O.B making a lottery wheel app!
Still, he is not completely convinced that it's supernatural in any way, so, the moment it asks for his google play details or his debit card info, he is closing the app down and shoving it into a folder.
Making up his mind, he 'accidentally' pressed on the app as the phone screen went dark and several options appeared on the black screen.
Before he could press on any of them though, he received a pop-up.
[Congratulations! For starting the app for the first time, you received:]
[Beginners starting pack: 1x Legendary Wheel Spin token, 2x Epic Wheel Spin tokens]
Alex eyebrow twitched for a second, this looks like it was done by a borderline troll character, and he wholefully hopes it was not THE vampire troll himself…
After pressing 'OK', he saw several, but not many, options on the main menu
The first option was the lottery wheel itself.
The second one was slightly more confusing, it was named 'Card deck'. He hopes it is not more of the lottery bullshit like poker or something similar…
The third options was… again, slightly confusing, and interesting, it was called 'World List'
And as for last one, it was called 'Inventory'
Which is self-explanatory, but… how the fuck was he supposed to use it?
Since he got the tokens from the 'Beginners starting pack', he decided to use them, and so far, he has not seen any in-game purchases, which many games love doing nowadays.
Once he had selected the first option, which is the lottery wheel, he had to select which token to use.
For now he decided to go with the best option, which is the Legendary token.
The moment he pressed on the wheel, most of the screen flashed golden, as multiple pictures and words started to appear on it…
Alex gulped down because he saw what was written on the wheel…
First True Magic: Denial Of Nothingness (Nasuverse)
Second True Magic: Kaleidoscope (Nasuverse)
Third True Magic: Heaven's Feel (Nasuverse)...
Yeah... these are the infamous True Magics of the Nasuverse, which slightly points him towards the troll emperor himself, but then again, the man is a user of Second True Magic, not of…well, all of them.
Then there were all the Seven Heavenly Treasures from Against The Gods, even the Divine tools from Martial World, and Hogyoku from Bleach are here as well.
Every single thing on this wheel is an undoubtedly life-changing thing…
This was a moment where he is either super trolled or his entire life is about to change, for real!
So, he pressed on the green button which said 'Spin' and waited…
The wheel started to spin, and at first, it was going fast; the words and pictures blurred, so Alex could not see what was on the wheel.
Eventually it started to slow down and his heart started to beat faster and faster.
He could now see names and pictures of items and magics which can be considered legendary.
…
…
Eventually it stopped on something which made his mind go blank for a second…
"...What the fuck… is this…"
[Congratulations! You got: One 'Waifu' Token!]
His gaze was on the golden ticket, which means that it was definitely going to be another lottery spin…
He took a few deep breaths and, instead of spinning, he returned to the previous menu where he can select the wheel tokens.
Alex selected the Epic token as the wheel turned royal purple, it had familiar items and powers on it, like the golden one had.
Only this time, they were not as groundbreaking as the golden wheel.
"So there is the Sharingan, Byakugan, Reiryoku, and Magic…" He hummed, the whole 'Magic' thing was slightly confusing, but the pictures gave him a slight idea of what it was…
The wand picture was probably for Harry Potter Magic, or it could even mean how much magic he was getting…
As there was another picture of 'Magic' with a staff…
The whole app was frustrating because it didn't have a full explanation of what it does or what exactly it is…
And so, once again, he pressed on the green button and the wheel started to spin.
After the 'catastrophic failure' of the last spin, Alex decided to just wait for the wheel to stop, he tried not to get too excited...
The moment the wheel stopped, he was shocked and slightly impressed because what he got was quite unique!

Alex scratched the back of his head reading this…
"So… does this mean I can put falna on myself? or that I only get the tattoo? This doesn't explain shit at all!" With another sigh, he selected another 'Epic Wheel token' and the lottery wheel reseted, the prizes got rearranged, he couldn't see the Naruto Doujutsus anymore.
This means that getting those eyes is probably not the easiest thing either…
Without checking much of the changes, he pressed the spin button once more and waited for the results…

[Congratulations! You Got: World Overwrite: High School DxD!]
Alexios gulped down nervously, he knows that world in quite the detail, and it is an incredibly 'nice' place if you have a Longinus Sacred Gear, or if you were not human to begin with!
After finishing his lottery wheel, he went back to the main menu of the app. This app was very bland; black screen and white letters, and the options which were not available are greyed out…
But, now the 'Card Deck' option was blinking for him.
And so, he pressed on that.
He found three cards inside of it, the first was golden, it had a ticket with a heart symbol on it, the other was purple with the symbol of a tattoo inside of it, and the last one was a purple card with a world inside of it.
"Well, let's get this over with…" he pressed on the golden card, and a pop-up appeared which asked him if he was sure that he wanted to use it.
Alex pressed 'Yes' and the screen turned black for a second before a golden wheel with names and pictures of very familiar girls appeared on it…
There was a slight gulp when he read the names of the girls on the list…
He was even slightly afraid… of some of them…
Like, for example, Cinder from RWBY, she would probably burn him to death the moment she appears here, or even appears at all, but in case she does, she would kill him first and then would use her semblance, or even her maiden powers, to start the conquest of the planet…
Or maybe it was just Alex's wild imagination…
The others are much tamer, but, the best part of this wheel was that none of them were 'meh' to him. Well, that was probably because he used the 'Legendary token' to get this spin…
And so, without further adieu, he pressed on the spin button and the lottery wheel started to spin for him, yet again.
He waited with slightly bated breath as the golden wheel spun, and, not long after that, he saw it visibly slow down, he could now finally see the name, and make out the pictures on the wheel.
It passed several Marvel Universe's ladies, as well as DC's Supergirl, and even some famous game characters. Eventually, it touched upon anime characters, where it stopped upon a slightly shocking character which he had not expected for it to land on…
[Congratulations! You Got: Julis Alexia-von Riessfeld!]
It was a golden card with a pink haired princess wielding a futuristic rapier in her hands. She was dressed in her academy student clothes.
After waiting for a second, he just pressed on return as the screen returned to the 'Card Deck' Screen.
He could see his three cards there, he, for a second, wondered how this even worked? Does he just summon the card to the real world?
Without much thinking, he pressed on the Julis card.
A pop-up appeared.
[Do you wish to summon this card?]
[Yes] [No]
Alex pressed on 'Yes' as his phone screen glowed and a golden card appeared above it.
The teenager nearly jumped out of his seat when he saw this happening, he already experienced one 'flashbang' today!
Thank whatever deity there is in heaven that it was not one of those pranks, and there was an actual goddamn card floating above his phone!
His hand slowly went over and took it, the feeling he got from the card was weird, it was like nothing he had experienced before, it was not plastic nor metal, it was neither soft fabric as well.
"Okay… so… I got a card? But not the 'waifu'? Or do I have to use it in some way?" He frowned as he inspected the card.
He checked the back of it, which looked like pure gold…
Eventually, after checking it out from each angle, he settled the card on the table, then summoned one of his 'Epic' cards.
It was very similar to the Julis card, the only difference was that it was purple and had a picture of an Earth on it.
Eventually, he got tired of trying, and the app wasn't going to explain how to use them nor what to do with them.
So, he finished eating the already cold food, cleaned his dishes, picked up the cards from the table, and returned to his room.
The first thing he did was get comfortable on his bed. He inspected the cards one more time, but this time, he intensely focused on them, more than before…
Then…
They started to glow…
