Special 02

This incident happened when Yoru went out with Shizuka.

Takashi, Kouta, Rei, Saya, Yuuki, and Alice went around the groceries trying to find what they could gather.

"It's only the third day right?" Takashi asked.

"Yes, why?" Ask Saya.

"Looks like a lot of people have picked up everything here." Kouta added.

"Maybe they're trying to save what they can." Rei gave her opinion.

"Yoru onii-chan will probably invite everyone here like what he did when we was at Saya's house." Alice said happily.

Hearing Alice say her name so impolitely, Saya looked a little irritated and hit Alice on the head.

Bonk

"It's Saya onee-chan for you, little munchkin." Saya said a little angry.

Alice just smiled and stuck out her tongue a little jokingly.

"But what Alice said might be true." Yuuki defended Alice.

Everyone then nodded their heads in agreement with Yuuki's words.

However, not long after they were trying to gather groceries, a man walked over and was angry at them.

"Hey you! Hold it right there!" said the man.

Hearing the screams. Takashi and the others turned and saw a burly man wearing a beanie.

"We have already decided we're going to smoke or dry all the meat and fish! And you're going to take it for yourself?! You know how hard it is for now, right? So follow the rules!" Said the man with a slightly angry tone.

Takashi and the others could only be silent and looked at the man with a strange face. Saya looked very disapproved of what the man said, and tried to refute what he said. But before Saya could say anything. Another scream sounded.

"Wait just a minute Shimada-san!"

The man who turned out to be called Shimada turned his head because he heard a scream from behind him.

"Those kid only got here earlier! They didn't know the rule that Asa- I mean this officer and the other have set!" Shouted the woman in police uniform.

"Tch..." Shimada sneered and then walked away.

"Ah~~~" The policewoman looked a bit lethargic as the burly man left.

"Thanks, un..." Kouta said.

The policewoman realized that she had not introduced herself yet. So she immediately saluted and introduced herself with a smile on her face like a real policewoman.

"Tokonosu Higashi Police station Traffic Department. Patrol woman Asami Nakaoka, at your service!"

Takashi and Kouta looked a bit taken aback by Asami which made Rei and Saya look really annoyed.

Not long after, another man approached and told Asami that the regular meeting was about to start. After that, everyone split up and did what they wanted to do.

Asami left with the man who called her. Takashi and Kouta toured the shopping center. Alice chooses a bicycle with Zeke. Rei and Yuuki accompanied Saya who looked gloomy.

"Saya, what's wrong? Why are you so gloomy?" Yuuki asked.

Saya didn't answer, she just walked slowly leaving Rei and Yuuki.

Seeing Saya like that, Rei and Yuuki decided to following her. They walked to several places until they finally arrived at the rooftop of the shopping center.

Saya sat at the edge of the building followed by Rei and Yuuki.

"Is it just me or are their numbers increasing?" Rei asked.

"Looks like they did increase." Yuuki agreed.

"Not all turn into zombies instantly. Some may have managed to hide and only yesterday became zombies." Saya tried to explain but his tone sounded very lethargic.

Rei and Yuuki could only sigh seeing what happened to Saya. Because they both knew what was going on.

Soon someone was heard walking towards the rooftop of the shopping center. Hearing that, the three of them immediately hid.

The three of them saw Kouta walking towards the edge of the building carrying binoculars and a book and pen. Kouta seemed to be checking the road around and making notes.

Not long after that, Asami was seen walking up to Kouta. The two were then seen chatting happily.

"Look like that police girl wants some of Kouta." Yuuki said.

Rei immediately glared at Yuuki after hearing what Yuuki said.

"Why? Did I say something wrong? It's the truth, right? You can see for yourself." Yuki insisted.

Rei looked really irritated at Yuuki and was about to scream. But Saya stopped her.

"Don't worry about it Rei." Saya said and then he looked up at the sky.

"You know, I always like being the best!" Saya said as she stretched out her hand.

"But, I can't be the best at everything. Because you know what, if I try to do that. I will lose everything." Said Saya with a slightly sad face.

"But I like seeing the best I thought. Your arrogant and high attitude." Yuuki said.

Saya then looked at Yuuki and smiled.
