"I forgot to clean it... oh well maybe later. " I push the ground with my shovel as the ash beneath my feet gave up and revealed a small ring at the size of a chestnut.

I cleaned it of any residue as a window popped out of nowhere.

anyway, let's wait for a while until another request appeared, for now let's head back to the base, I'm sick of smelling ash all day.

I put the metal detector inside as I slowly head back to the car, looking around I saw nothing but ash which covered this whole floor like dirt, the trees are made of bones and several monster lurks inside of the ash palace.

thankfully nothing threatening appeared at the garden which is the real meat of this ashy looking place, now for the tricky part is to get in and out of the estate before I got found out or worse death, fortunately even if I die, I still get the teleport to my base or at the very least half of my item and my trusty bat will stay safe.

I slowly sneaked around the winding forest of the maze as I saw a monstrous entity, it's a huge dragon at the size of a house, it's entirely comprised of ash and other materials as it opened its mouth to burned me to ash.

I grabbed my bat which is a translucent and dark metallic bat with stars in it, I quickly activated it's skill [nothing personal] and teleported behind it to cave the skull of the dragon, of course it didn't die but at least it won't bother me any further as it's been turned to dust or ash.

not even twenty second from that another dragon appeared, this one is even bigger than the previous one but since dragon are one of the weakest enemy at my current level, I instead throw the bat at the dragon as it charged it's laser attack, the laser bounced off of the bat as it hit the head of the dragon creating a huge explosion due to the effects of the weapon passive [sugarcoat].

I picked up my bat as I hear the charging sound of a dragon, I turned lazily as I hear multiple of them, and another multiple as I realized there's three hundred-ish dragons right behind me slowly charging their laser attack.

my eyes shrinked as the amount of dragon overwhelms me, I can fight one, two, even ten easily! but three hundred... maybe? I definitely didn't want to get into the palace with three hundred dragons on my tail so...

well, let's see if I haven't gotten rusty yet.

BOOM! the first laser hit followed with multiple of them, then another multiple, and then another until the ground I was standing in turned to ash... finer ash.

"nothing personal draggy. " I said as I bonked one in the back as it quickly plummeted toward the ground, while in the air I quickly pulled out my gun and throws it mid-air.

the pistol gripped the air as it floated, it quickly transformed itself into an orbital laser and quickly shot an unsuspecting dragon, instantly turning it into ash, while it recharged and I'm falling in the air, I quickly pulled out my shovel as I fall onto a dragons head.

there was a moment of quietness as I bounced up from the dragon's head until BOOM! a large explosion quickly turning it into nothingness as it's body fall slumped to the ground, it's wings are flipping out of reflex as it plummeted toward the ground occasionally hitting the other dragon.

as I flies through the sky I was met by a dragon as I pulled out a dragon egg from the inventory, suddenly from the egg a head popped out as it burned the ash dragon, one hand holding the dragon egg as it burned the dragon to ash? well it doesn't matter as it catches fire and suddenly WHOOSH it's whole body now are on FIRE as it crash landed on the dead dragon graveyard below... soon to be.

I grabbed a dagger from my inventory on my left hand as another laser shot at me [redirect] PING! a loud metal sound reverberate through the air as the dagger begin to burn bright like a star, I quickly point it to another dragon as it RIPPED through it like a pair of jeans.

[cloud surfing] I activated my boot skill as I slide through the cloud like it's ice, BOOM! the orbital cannon suddenly fired as it been filled to the brim with energy, a heavenly white light suddenly vanquished a large number of the grouped dragon as they vanished into thin air.

another head popped open from the dragon egg as it FREEZE a group of dragon to big chunks of ice ready to be demolished with explosion, I answered that call as I throw the dagger into a dragon up in the sky and pulling out my crossbow.

[DEMOLISHER READY]

I take that sign as a go and shot the crossbow to the iced dragon chunk... BOOOOOMMMM!!! a large explosion exploded inside of the ice creating a slightly muffled explosion though no less exciting than its unmuffled counterparts, the ice rockets through from the force of the demolisher demolished the dragon as chunks of ice flew through the air creating a whirring sound akin to a bullet or in this case a cannonball as the size of the ice is not to be underestimated.

[BOOM BOOM BOOM] I activated the skill of the crossbow as the ice that's flying through the air exploded into more chunk and explode again to create even more explosion, the dragon are obviously are no match for this flees as I watch one by one it falls because of [you can't get away from death] from my title effect, which deals 10 times amount of damages to themselves or as a group if they flees, though this ironically only makes them unconscious and did not kill them directly.

"WHOOO!!! oh that's fun! that's the best fight experiences in my whole week! weirdly this come from a survival game... oh well if it's fun, it's fun. " I said shrugging as that evil god guy messages me again.

[evil god: give me that ring and I will give you your items back... ]

[silly honker: dude your dragon sucks. ]

[evil god: who says I'm sending a dragon? ]

a very familiar screech comes from below me as my nerves immediately goes to fight or flight mode... and I choose flight.

I immediately ran toward my truck as full speed, then another screech, I ducked down and swing my bat in the direction of above me as I barely hit it in the face... a fucking ghost!

the ghost smashes into the wall nearby as a thin stick tall man wearing nothing with a scythe in four of its arm is towering over me, I quickly activated my vest skill [fly like an angel] with my new wings I quickly approached the wall near me and pulls out the crossbow.

BOOM!! the deafening sound of an explosion hit me as I was send flying through the hallway avoiding everything as I turned maintaining the momentum built up from the crossbow explosion and deftly using my wings glide to the front door of the big ass palace? estate? castle.

with one final struggle, I finally reached my car with barely enough stamina to move anymore.

catching my breath inside of the car, many request suddenly came in.
