Chapter 11 Admission Begins
Vast Sea City,
Qin Feng and Yao Li are sent by Xiao Tian to set up a stall and recruit the students here. They are asked to only go through two tests, one seeing their soul level and other was to see their determination.
Tian never set a limit for the number of students they can recruit. The only thing he told them was that at least the first batch of the students must be strong or have a strong will to be their leader.
They will the leaders and inspirations for the future generations and students of the Rising Sun Academy.
The symbol of the academy was that of the rising sun.
The booth they set up did attract some attention among the people because of one important reason, they caught two hundred year old wild soul beast for the test of will.
The soul beast was a massive mammoth of about 3.5 metres height from the ground to it's head and was 4 metres long from his head to the tail.
The animal has thick trunk and four massive and strong legs to support his heavy body. The most characteristic feature of this soul beast is the two pairs of tusks on each side of it's mouth with fire often erupting from it's mouth.
It was a Raging Flame Tyrant, a kind of elephant which fortunately only travels alone and destroys everything in it's path when angry.
The one who decided to act as the anchor or speaker or representative of the academy was Yao Li.
When the substantial crowd was gathered, he started to address the crowd.
" Good morning to everyone present here. I am Yao Li a teacher of the Rising Sun Academy, a newly opened academy situated at the shore of Lake Crystal.
We are starting this school from this year. And, we will accept any student who has become a spirit master before the age of 15, irrespective of the age.
Since this is our first admission session, so there will be no fees." This made many delighted. After all being a Spirit master can change the destiny of many families, especially those who are poor.
Seeing this, Win Feng was happy. The people are attracted to it. with more than a hundred people gathered, in the seven days of the admission session, they can at least recruit around 50 students even without lazing out some requirements of the academy.
Yao Lin continued to explain furthur, " We will even grant loans to students who are selected and joined our academy for various activities and items which can help a spirit master. But they must work for the academy until the loan I paid on full. "
This made some of them who wished to join a bit fearful. No one likes to get tied to something they don't wish to tied with.
" Don't worry. It is not forceful. There are also a certain task and contribution system set by our headmaster, Spirit Douluo Xiao Tian
(Their academy was officially started so he got the system reward, as he got the academy grounds with three students fulfilling the requirements of the system.)

But still some are sceptic so he released his spirit rings. Seeing his spirit emperor configuration they all were in awe
" I am not a combat teacher of the Rising Sun academy yet I am a Spirit Emperor. And this is Combat instructor of our academy, Spirit Saint Qin Feng. " He introduced Qin Feng. With Jim showing off his seven rings the unconvinced people are also convinced.
So, please be patient. We are here for seven days. Every student will be tested on his spirit level, age and inner will. If they are qualified, they will become a student of our academy. " He finally completed the speech
In the crowd, some people saw that they were Spirit Saint and Spirit Emperor. They are normally headmaster or elder in the intermediate academy.
So they felt fishy about all this arrangement.
One brave soul who was a poor farmer with a sickle as his spirit soul didn't wish to give up the chance to let his son excel. even though his son has a similar spirit he still wish to be a spirit master. He even fought a 90 year old beast and made it his first spirit ring to show his determination to his father.
He was poor and cannot afford the cost of academy and hence his son hasn't been able to study in any spirit academy.
Now that he saw hope to change their future he cannot give up just because of his fears, but he also cannot put his dear son in Danger.
He decided to put himself in danger, if these powerful spirit masters are angered, he will deal with them and try to beat their anger while protecting his son.
He took a deep breath and asked,. " How do we know you aren't trying to fool us? How do we know you don't have any bad intentions against our kids?"
Everyone attention was on the person who asked this question now. The pressure from the crowd along with that of powerful spirit master was too much. His son stood in front of him to help his father shoulder this pressure.
This is something which both of them noticed and smiled at it. This is similar to the one their boss told them about, willing to fight and not give up no matter what opponent they have in front.
Although it is a bit idiotic, these idiots are the ones who reach the peak.
His answer didn't come from the two teachers as most expected but from the scholar looking man and the new Castellan or Mayor of the Vast Sea City after it become a territory of Balak Kingdom.

This did the trick and the man who questioned them was the first one who came to them to admit his son.
They look at the rigged looking 15 year old kid. His hands here rough and had scars, his skin was heavily tanned from labour in the farm. He wore poor and torn off clothes. Everything about him shouted out poor.
" Master, please test my son and admit him in your Academy. He is fully following the criteria you set for the academy." He begged the two.
Qin Feng directly refused his request, "No. He won't be tested."
All hopes that the poor farmer and son have went down the drain upon hearing it.
" Why won't you test him?" Duan inquires .
" He is already qualified. So why do he need to be tested?" Yao Li explained.
" When?" The poor farmer asked.
" Our headmaster has said one thing,' This academy is built especially for those who are strong willed and willing to work hard even if fate is cruel to them.
Those who challenge the fate and try to rise above it are the ones who are eligible to become core of our academy.
Your son is the one who fit completely to the words of the Headmaster. So congratulations on being the fourth student of Rising Sun Academy. "
" So what your name kid?" Qin Feng asked
" Lin "
" Just Lin"
He nods.
"Follow me so we can complete your admission procedure." He continued and have him follow him.
Both father and son followed the combat instructor excited because the new door to their new future opened in front of them.
Duan who heard it smiled mysteriously and thought, ' You are as sharp as ever, nephew. Targeting the civilians, giving them chance to rise and set the new rise of Royal family on their rise.
We are already strong in the top level strength, but lack in middle order to fight our opponents. You can grasp the situation as well as ever.'
He motioned for his own children to join the crowd for the admission.
Although they didn't wish to join this new academy, but they did after their father forced them to do it.
What Qin Feng and Yao Li did not know is that their speech about their headmaster view spread far and wide and this served as a good recruiting factor in their next admission session.
