(i feel like people will be confused when i say hes cultivating yet he isn't in the intermediate stage basically before you absorb from the world you absorb the energy from food moving and other basic things when hes "cultivating" hes just absorbing the energy in a better way not actually absorbing from the world)

1 stronger than an average man

2 can defeat 20 average men

3 can defeat 50 men

Intermediate stage

4 can crush a large rock and start absorbing natural energy
