22. Fired

After having a refreshing bath, Andy and Freya were about to come out of the bathroom when Andy warned Freya

"Watch your step"

Freya looked on the ground, there was some white sticky liquid lying there near the bathroom door, she shook her head and entered her room. Thomas was sitting at his desk looking at some document with an embarrassed face and didn't say anything.

"I will be going now Freya" said Andy and grabbed her by the waist and gave her a hot kiss.

"Mmmm~" Freya closed her eyes and immersed herself in the feeling.

Thomas clenched his fist seeing this, but didn't say anything.

"I will be leaving now, not much time left until morning shift start. You should get some rest as well."

"Yes master~" bowed Freya and Andy went back to his servant room.

"Freya I-" After Andy left, Thomas tried to say something, but before he could finish, Freya interrupted him.

"It has gotten very late, we should go to sleep. Also remember not to touch me even by mistake. This body of mine now belong to my master." said Freya coldly.

"What are you talking about! You already paid the price for my treatment. You don't need to do this anymore. You are my wife! Don't you love me anymore?!"

"I do love you, you are my family. It is just that our physical relationship is over. I am tired right now, if you have anything else to say we can talk in the morning" said Freya and went to bed.

Thomas was clenching his fist so hard this moment that blood started dripping from his fist.

When Andy woke up it was already 10 in the morning. He was even more late than yesterday. He immediately put on his butler uniform and used clean skill and went out to find the head maid, when he found her he immediately apologised

"I am so sorry miss Jenny, I overslept again. Can you give me the list of my tasks for today? I will take any punishment you or Wright family decides"

Jenny turned to look at him and coldly said

"Boy you are already fired. Go to lord baron's office to discuss the terms of your employment termination"

"I am really sorry miss Jenny, I will not be late starting tomorrow I promise"

"This isn't my decision, and it is not related to you being late to work. Even before the morning shift started, lord baron delivered this message to me about your employment termination. You should go and talk to lord baron about this in his office."

"Alright miss Jenny" said Andy and started walking towards Thomas' office. 'That cuck bastard' he thought.

Andy wasn't in good mood to begin with, although he collected around 20,000 essence last night it still wasn't enough for system level up.

When Andy reached Thomas' office he knocked on the door and Thomas asked him to come in. Andy then entered the room and closed the door behind him. Thomas was looking at some document and didn't even look at Andy and just gestured him to sit.

Andy also didn't say anything and took the seat and sat there quietly. Andy knew this cuck was just trying to act cool and was burning with rage within.

After a minute, Thomas put down the document and looked at Andy and said.

"I am terminating your employment contract with us and will even pay you 100 high-tier mana crystals as gratuity. Sign here" Thomas put the job termination papers in front of Andy and also a ring. It was actually a small sized storage ring with 100 high-tier mana crystals inside it. Small size storage ring's cost starts from 20 high-tier mana crystals and are considered very valuable and have low supply. Even if you have the money you might not be able to get one immediately.

"Can I speak with Freya first?" asked Andy.

Hearing this Thomas gave him a death glare and said

"Since you are no longer part of this household I will not punish you for calling MY wife by her name. And also don't forget I am the lord of this household and no one has the authority to change my decisions. Not even MY wife!"

Andy sighed inside then picked up the papers, read it once and then signed it. The contract rune which was embedded in his body disintegrated. He was no longer a servant of this household.

"I will be leaving now" said Andy as he picked up the storage ring and left.

Thomas just sat there for 5 minutes without doing anything, and then sighed and continued with his work.

Andy went straight to his home after getting fired. But there was no one at home as both his mother and sister were out to work.

He went to his room and jumped into his bed. 'Ah finally a bed!' he thought and didn't even realise when he fell asleep.

He woke up after 2 hours, it was almost time for lunch now.

'I should probably go to some nice place to eat today'

He was practically rich now. 100 high-tier mana crystals was a lot of wealth, at least for commoners.

But somehow he wasn't feeling happy. Main reason was he won't be able to get into the knight academy next month as Frank's servant.

'Doesn't matter I will find my own way. And isn't that Derek dude coming to town today, I can have some fun after lunch' Andy's mood immediately improved thinking about Tamara and Derek's date and his mind started formulating an evil plan.

He thought about how his sister was always bullied by her, same way Frank bullied him. Both of them were targets of revenge for him.

'Ah I should have asked Freya why their family hates my family so much. Now I will have to wait till I see her next time'

Freya then started explaining everything that happened in the past which caused this hatred between these 2 families.
