House Magnar of Kingshouse is a lordly house located on the Island of Skagos. In the days of petty kings, the Magnars ruled as the Kings of Kingshouse until their subjagation by House Stark, the Winter Kings. Despite this, however, the Magnars remain the strongest of the Skagosi houses, especially at sea.

The sigil of Skagos is a green lobster armed with a black harpoon, standing on a field of white. This symbolizes the Magnar's connection with the sea. Their words, "Old Blood, Ready Blade", speak of the Skagosi's fierce nature, and their unbroken line of descent from the First Men. 

It is thought that the NIGHT KING is from House Magnar.House Magnar claims the title of High Lord of Skagos with their vassals House Stane of Driftwood Hall and House Crowl of Deepdown.

House Stane of Driftwood Hall

House Stane of Driftwood Hall is a noble house from Driftwood Hall on the isle of Skagos in the north. According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with a driftwood tree, bare and brown, on pale green.Their words are

'From the Deep'.They are sworn bannermen of House Magnar.

House Crowl of Deepdown

House Crowl of Deepdown is a noble house from Deepdown on the isle of Skagos in the north. According to semi-canon sources they blazon their arms with ply flame and black.

Their words are 'Amid the Earth'.They are sworn bannermen of House Magnar.

House Magnar has never seen eye to eye with their liege lord the Starks of Winterfel and have been known to rebel numerous times in order to reclaim the kingship of Skagos.House Magnar is one of the few houses in the North that has a Navy though it mostly comprises of small longships and smaller galleys mainly used for either raiding, fishing or trading.

House Magnar's main source of income is from their skagstone which is a very strong stone known to be highly heat and cold resistant.House Magnar also has a dragon glass mine within their lands though it has long since been abandoned.House Magnar is said to have supplied the stones used in the construction of Winterfel, Moat Calin amd may other old Norther First men castle's and keep's.

Note: For those of you that are thinking that the Stane's, Crowl's and Magnars are house Boltons bannermen, this take place i a universe where hoise Magnar became High Lord's of Skagos.
