3 Wu Xie's first meeting with Guardian Mohe

"Wu Xie, can you hear me?"

"Wu Xie," Guardian Mohe called out, his voice echoing in the silence.

Xu Kai slowly regained consciousness, opening his eyes to an entirely unknown world.

It was like waking up in a sci-fi movie, minus the cool special effects. A cocktail of surprise, shock, and confusion coursed through him, his heart pounding like a drummer on a caffeine high.

"WHO ARE YOU?" he demanded, his voice echoing in the unfamiliar surroundings, bouncing off unseen walls.

"You're awake, Wu Xie," replied the Guardian, with a intrigued expression. His voice as soothing as a serene calm lake.

'Who on earth is Wu Xie? And where in the world am I?' Xu Kai wondered aloud, his mind spinning. His thoughts were a jumbled salad of questions and a side order of fear. It was as if he'd walked into a movie halfway through, with no subtitles and a plot twist every minute.

"Where am I?" he asked Guardian Mohe aloud, his voice barely more than a whisper against the deafening silence. It was like asking for directions in the middle of a desert.

Taking a deep breath, Guardian Mohe replied, "It's fate." He then placed two fingers on his own forehead, exerting his guardian blood and transferring it into him.

"What are you doing?" Xu Kai asked, his voice laced with surprise and fear. He stood up and repeated, "What are you doing?" His words hung in the air, unanswered, like an awkward high-five.

"Stay still. The individual, whose body has become the new vessel for your soul, had also attempted to end his life, much like you did. This tragic act resulted in the shattering of his 'Talent Core', a mystical entity located within one's soul. Consequently, you are now unable to awaken your 'Rank Talent'. This is the underlying cause of your severe injuries."

"However, there is a temporary solution. My blood, which carries the unique properties of a Guardian, can sustain your health for a limited period."

"To fully restore your 'Rank Talent', you must consume the 'Talent Core Restoration Elixir'. This potent potion is crafted from the rare purple flower known as 'Eternal Saffron'."

"This elusive bloom is found in the obscure depths of the ocean," Guardian Mohe explained, his voice steady despite the gravity of the situation. It was like listening to a lecture on quantum physics while riding a roller coaster.

"Wait, what? Are you pulling my leg, gramps? Guardian blood? Core? Are these ingredients for some sort of magical soup or are we playing a fantasy board game here?" Xu Kai asked, his words tumbling out in a confused jumble. It was like trying to solve a Rubik's cube in the dark.

"I am your Master, Mohe. I know you don't belong here. But keep in mind that you are now Wu Xie. To find out who you are and how you came here, you must survive." Guardian Mohe said, his voice slowly fading in the distance.

Guardian Mohe put the remaining spiritual energy of himself inside a spirit pendant and vanished. He turned into a spirit residing in the spirit pendant.

It was like a bizarre game of hide and seek where the seeker had no idea what was going on. Xu Kai, still reeling from the shock of his sudden transition, could only stare at the spot where Guardian Mohe had been, his mind filled with questions and doubts.

"Hey, where do you think you're vanishing off to? Get back here! I demand an explanation! What's all this hullabaloo about, and why on earth are you calling me Wu Xie? Did I suddenly turn into a Kung Fu master?" Xu Kai called out, his voice echoing in the empty space, his confusion palpable. It was like shouting into a void and expecting an echo.

"Wait a minute, what in the world did I just witness and hear? Have I kicked the bucket? Am I chilling in the clouds with the angels? Oh, hold on a second, haha, I must be dreaming! Yes, that's it, I'm just having a snooze."

"Time to wake up from this slumber party because this dream is turning into a three-ring circus of weirdness!" Xu Kai blurted out, sounding like a comedian who had lost his script.

He then pinched his cheek, expecting to wake up from this bizarre dream. But the sting of reality hit him - this was no dream, but a strange new reality he found himself in.

Once the dust of this melodrama had settled, Xu Kai finally managed to gather his wits. He picked up the pendant, left by Guardian Mohe, as if it were a treasure map.

He then made his grand exit from the place that had been his temporary refuge. Stepping out, he was greeted by a world so different it could have been pulled straight out of a fiction novel.

The shock hit him so hard, his jaw dropped faster than a hot potato. He started rubbernecking like a tourist in Times Square. The sights before him were filled with people and things so bizarre, they could have been figments of a mad hatter's dream!

'Is this some kind of blockbuster movie set? Or maybe a candid camera show? Are these folks trying to pull the wool over my eyes and waiting for me to yell 'cut'?' These were the thoughts doing the cha-cha in Xu Kai's mind as he continued to meander around, his eyes popping out like a cartoon character at the surreal sights before him.

Even though he was as lazy as a sloth on a Sunday afternoon, he was born with a genius mind that could give Einstein a run for his money.

After wandering around for what felt like an eternity, he had an epiphany - he was in another world, a world devoid of any trace of technology. It was like stepping into a time machine and being catapulted back to the Stone Age.
