Fidgeting with his newfound toy echo couldn't help but laugh at himself because of the sudden heavy noise that exploded "idiot why did you max out the volume? my mana is drained because of that." Although he is scolding himself echo is still happy of the fact that one his current problem is finally solved.

echo then adjusted the dial on his right hand as the noise in his surrounding suddenly change and became much more clear and sweet sounding.

"okay? I've adjust it so there should be a buff right? did i get tricked?" double checking the item and it's status for a way to figure out how to use the spiritual arms properly he suddenly remembered a certain information for some of the items in the game. "okay on my left hand it suddenly drains my mana then suddenly produced a really large sound so maybe this spiritual arms is one of those item that requires mana to activate it's effect?." upon remembering this information he began use a mana recovery pill that is complementary once you've started the game so that he can test his theory.

once echo began channeling his Mana to his right hand and see if there is any change.

mana is a formless energy that is available to all living beings, it is due to this energy that many have achieved the impossible.

Effects: you can channel mana to an item to activate it's effect or remotely control it. mana can amplify the effects of the item depending on how much mana is used. (Must not be farther than 5 meters to activate).

upon checking if there are any changes, echo was surprised by the skill that he suddenly learned. "wait why did i learned this skill? shouldn't i need to go to the magic society first to learn that?"

mana Channeling is the kind of skill that is commonly used by those who take the specialization of Pathfinder, mainly for remote activation of traps and to enhance their attack power when doing a surprise attacks but to learn this you will have to do lots of quest and meditation once you've reached the magic society in which is fairly hard to find.

although echo is confused he decided to let go of this matter for now and began to analyze his skill.

"i see the buff increases by stats by 10%, the cost is 50 per second so i can use this ability for at least 10 seconds without using other skills and if i try to channel more mana i can add more buff."

echo understands why it has this much cost, mainly because this is a mid game stuff and he is still on the early phase of the game so there will be more opportunities to increase his mana and lower the mana cost since it is not tet completed.

after testing the capabilities of his spiritual arms he began setting up the trap that is requested by his friend. " okay with mana channeling this trap will be easier, hmmm i have cloud fuming grass and as i remember there's a gathering spot for flickering rocks nearby."

formulating his plan he started to search his memory for the materials that he will need "it should be around this area, oh found it and there's vine leading to the surface with bramble vines on the left, ok let's hurry and set this thing's up.

upon gathering all of the materials he needed he then proceed to a good blindspot so that he can set up his trap.

for this trap that he will be setting he is using the cloud fuming grass which he received from billiard it's effect is highly popular because it is one of the main ingredient for a smoke ball which is a great tool for escape, and it can also be replanted and it's effect can still be triggered once a player is near.

as for the flickering rocks it's just a simple rock that can cause tiny sparks that can be use in lighting a campfire. the bramble vines on the other hand is a type of thorny plant that's constantly dripping a flammable poisonous liquid.

this three item can cause a very devastating trap once utilized in a proper way specially in early game. using this closed off tunnel the effect will be doubled and becoming more terrifying.

after setting up his trap he then message link to finalize his strategy

ECH0: hey im done here now where are you guy's?

Link.EXE: just passed by the 4th mark that you leave.

ECH0: oh i see on the 8th mark you may see a flower on a corner that indicates that you're close to the trap

Link.EXE: ok thanks by the way what trap did you make?

ECH0: just the flickering poison flower trap

Link.EXE: did you actually have that many materials this early in the game?

the flickering poison flower is a type of trap that will emit a poisonous smoke upon explosion, it is made of different types of poison, fuming grass and flammable oil. it is also said that anyone can make their own version of this trap as it requires the players to set the traps personally.

ECH0: nope this is just a knock off version so it's effectivity is lower compared to normal but it can still greatly lower their capabilities

the primary effect on being in a party is the anti friendly fire and the way how that work in this game is depending on the distance of both parties to each other, basically the farther you are the more damage you will receive once a friendly fire occurs this is for the players to have more strategic positioning in each battle specially during raids.

upon accepting the invite link is ecstatic in what's about to happen. Everything is all set all he need to do for the plan to work perfectly is that he must be at the far back to avoid people escaping as for the front of he has full confidence that his friend echo will certainly block their escape route.

"guy's I'm sorry but i won't be able to proceed any longer i have prior appointment with my friends today" link said with a frown on his face.

"oh no problem go ahead just don't forget my invite for the guild okay?" aodah jokingly said

"no worries i'll see you later" link bid farewell with a weird smile on his face

"while you're at it invite your friends too" follow up by billiard.

"sure sure I'll bring them (in fact one is already here and setting up your graves) hahaha"while link laughingly exited the crowd billiard however felt something weird about the way link smiles.

"hey are you sure it's ok to let him go?" asked billiard

"no problem he's just a noobie who plays with friends" answered by aodah as he wonder if there is any problem with his friend

"ok, but his smile reminds me of that executioner"

hearing this aodah's complexion became pale, as if his skin will shed off early due to fear and nervousness.

"hahah don't joke like that he's just a random nobody ahhah there's no way he can be that guy."

aodah tried to comfort himself as they suddenly saw a silhouette of a rabbit not far away from them

"everyone! quick after him!!" billiard shouts as they quickly chase after the rabbit, using their own movement skills everyone is focused on capturing the rabbit however they didn't notice there are odd looking flowers that is scattered on the ground.

although they are chasing him the distance didn't seem to shorten at all, making some of the players lose their spirits in catching the rabbit.

seeing the situation aodah decides to shout loudly in order to increase their drivr "hurry his stamina is almost gone we can catch him" as if a fire is rekindled the crowd suddenly became more energetic and started bursting their movement skills, some are using leap to jump forward while other's using dash and some other skills they suddenly caught up to the rabbit.

but upon pouncing on their target it suddenly vanished. feeling as if they are on a illusion the crowd began clicking their tongue in their disappointment. " tsk just a mirage how did he do it?" upon saying these the crowd couldn't help but wonder. as they look around their surrounding to check if the rabbit is within the vicinity they suddenly notice a faint purple-ish fog forming beneath them.

"damn this is a trap everyone retreat" noticing the fog aodah immediately told it to everyone and started to reteeat, but

"f*** everyone retreat quick!!!" as they tried to escape the chain of explosion they immediately learn that they are in a much scarier situation. they are slowed and poisoned but what was worse is that the thing in front of them, a wolf standing on two feet with a tattered cloak wrapped around his neck his silver fur is filled with blood and a terrifying killing intent coming from his bloodshot eyes while standing beside a pile of dead bodies in which is rotting due to the poison on the ground.

as this horrifying scene unfolds, everyone is terrified at the demon that is smiling in front of them. like a devil incarnate that spawns directly from the gates of hell, link is standing in front of them as if stating that no one wilk escape here alive.

"e..... ex... Executioner link!!!"
