Damien tried to shrug her off, but Nathasia seemed too adamant to let go of him and somehow made him stand up on his feet with efforts from his side as well.
"Cough..cough…" Damien coughed out some blood, to which Nathasia could only tighten her fists, knowing that she can't stop him from doing whatever he came to do here, no matter how injured he was.
She could see in his frigid eyes that he wouldn't rest until he saw the person named Merlin dead.
She could understand him, considering how badly she wanted Bella dead, only to find out that she had already died when Damien brought down the place she was kept in.
After standing up, Damien shrugged her hand off and gave her a strange look, to which Nathasia had no idea why he was looking at her like that, and lowered her head, wondering if she did something wrong.
