"Then do tell, what answers do you seek?" the old man asked curiously. Ethan calmed down and spoke slowly, "Why are the surrounding kingdoms in such high alert, yet no kingdom at Tier 3 and below seems to know why they are. The information my spies were able to gather was minimal and I could not make sense of it, and my kingdom is not yet strong enough to spy on the secrets of Tier 2 Kingdoms." he admitted.
