MV released

Amy was sitting with Richard in his office discussing about the future plans for the next auditions. In the mid of it, Richard phone rang. He signaled toward Amy and she stopped talking. He picked up the call and talked on the phone for a few minutes, but seeing the excitement on his face, one could tell that there must be a good news. He hanged the call and then looked at Amy,

"The call was from MGM."

Amy was stunned and then looked at him excitedly, "Was I selected?"

He nodded to her with a smile, "They called us to studio on friday to sign the legal contract."

Amy was really excited, she didn't know what to say. It was a big surprise for her, and is also a boost to her confidence.

Here Any was celebrating with Richard, on the other hand, MV which she shooted was released.

"Hey, today Nick's new single's MV is released."

"The one called "Heartbeat"."

"Yes, let's go buy it. Although it's his solo but I love all the superboys."

Soon the sales of MV started to increase and it became popular. But the thing people discussed more was the girl in the song.

"Hey, did they use CGI effects in the MV."

"I mean look at the girl in video, she doesn't look real."

"Look how beautiful she is."

"I mean there's no way someone can be this beautiful. This must be fake."

The popularity of the song continued to increase and it reached billboard top 100 and continued to increase further.

The MV caught many people off guard and there were many searches about Amy. Soon people found out that she was a newly signed artist of caa.

"The MV was not edited. Even in the profile of caa, she looks stunning."

"Has any work of her been released? I mean how can such a beauty be unknown."

"No, she seems to just have recently joined the company and her no project is released yet."

"But, still have to keep it in mind, no matter what work of her releases. I am going to see her."

Amy was discussed everywhere, but it had no effect on her. She was at home making some lunch for herself and Henry. He seems to be in LA again and called her to ask if she was free today. She was also not busy, so they decided to meet and the place decided was Amy's home.

"So how was your day today, Henry." Amy asked, sitting in front of her friend. He really looks too much handsome, if he were few years older, than she might even propose to him herself. But young guys are not her taste.

"It was good. How's your work been going? I mean I saw your released MV with superboys. You look beautiful in it."

"Thank you, now you are making me shy."

Henry just laughed hearing the words. Although he has not known her for long, but he can be sure that there's no way Amy would get embarrassed because of such a simple praise.

They both both had a good lunch together and enjoyed talking together. All the stress stored in her mind of the past few days was released and she felt light.

After seeing off Henry, Amy returned to her room and concentrated on practicing the role of Elie. In fact, she should be at Venice Film Festival with the rest of the crew of "Memento". But Richard strictly forbid it saying that he wants her to make her first public appearance at an occasion in country first.

She could understand him as the American media is crazy, and they might put the tag of foreign actor on her in the future even if her nationality is American, after all, she is half-British by blood. So Richard wants her to make first red carpet appearance in US. But what surprised her was that Nolan even agreed with it. Although, her role in the film is not big, but she is still the lead actor. Her absence won't have any affect on the film in Venice Film Festival as she is not a famous celebrity, so they won't mind her absence.

Now she can only stay at home honestly and study the script.

The next day, Amy and Richard went to the office of MGM to sign the legal contract. Her lawyer was with her as she is not an adult yet, and he has this authority on behalf of her legal guardian to sign the contract.

The process was smoother than expected. The filming dates were set from October and December. The salary of 500 k$ was much higher than she expected.

On the way back, Richard spoke: "Although the salary of half a million $ is okay as a new actor, but it is only this time. I gurantee that next time, there's no way I am going to sign a movie for you at this pay. Just hope your movie releases quickly."

Amy also nodded. The pay of 500 k$ is very good for a new actor, but she still doesn't think much of this amount.
