[Bonus chapter] Santa Vs The Managers [Pt 2]

A deathly silence fell over the chattering beings; eyes widened in surprise and lips parted as the head rolled to a stop and the body dropped with a thud.

Santa's eyes roamed and settled on the green giant whose lips were moving, trying to get words out but failing desperately.

"You dare!" One of the managers, Wardon let out a cruel shriek and lunged itself at Santa, launching itself at him with speed but not with as much speed as Lys, the imp whom Santa had vanquished.

"You have the power of motion, I see" Santa said.

Wardon's lips curled up in a sardonic smile as it slowed everything around it, even the swing of Santa's blade.

Santa knew this would happen that way, so he kept his hand still and waited until the creature was close, and then…

A yelp of surprise escaped Wardon's mouth as it fell from the sky, landing atop its dead comrade, completely cut in two.
