17 Chapter 16 The Adapt Martial Body Method

When Josief had come home he found the lights still on. He went in and found his two little sisters and Maria sleeping from watching the tv. They looked so cute and stupid it really warmed his heart looking at them. A chance to look at something like this, which he lost in his past life.

He slowly carried them all back to their room, while also giving Maria his room for the night. He went straight to the bath and warmed it ready.

"Now that i have all the ingredients i can do, i only need to start doing the "Adapt Martial Body Method." Josief smiled.

The Adapt Martial Body Method, was a method that helped with doubling the cultivation speed of the cultivator essence, it opened more spores from the body to help it faster absorb the heaven and earth energy, it cultivated also the insides which made the body, much more durable against internal organs attacks.

He took it back to the sect, he then cultivated it and learned of its amazing benefits, after he had cultivated it, he gave it to the sect, which gained a huge amounts of sect contributes and became a known figure in the sect, the sect sold it to the other sects and gained a huge amount profits, which held them as one of the top sects for millennials, while Malachi later in the future became an third stage Immortal and known as the "Savage Giant Immortal", but he died later of old age as nearly living being can not live.

Only if you reach the stage of ninth stage Supreme Primordial Immortal as, Astral Wise Supreme Primordial Immortal and Spiritual Ghost Supreme Primordial Immortal, can someone gain immortality, as these were two of the twelve people who had reached that pinnacle and gained that.

After the bathwater was finished with mixing with each other, he then took out a box from his backpack, and took out the silver silk lotus, which inhabited in the box, he took it out and ate four of its petals and then he jumped in to the bath.

He then sat in the bath and started heating up his body with his energy, it was to help his body's blood to flow faster, while at the same time the petals from the silver silk lotus helped josief to keep his internal organs refreshed and cooled, Josief had some of the spores open which led to that the medical bath started to pass its through them and circulate with his blood.

As the medical bath was very efficient and helped for his future cultivation, it had also some problems like the incredible pain that followed with.

Josief while sitting in the bath felt as if his body was on fire, his organs truly felt like they were melting, but he knew he it was just in his mind had tried to endure all the excruciating pain, if he wanted to get stronger in a fast way, he knew that would have to endure this pain and probably much more in the future.

As to not pass out by the strong pain he was dealing with, he bit his lip and a line of blood came from his mouth falling down and flowing in the bath. "I have to endure it just for fifteen minutes more, not any longer or any less.

Josief continued like this for fifteen minutes with the feeling of his body burning, while at the same time his internal organs were getting refreshed from those four petals, the bath helping his body grow more durable and his to let his blood flow faster.

After fifteen minutes had gone, Josief immediately hopped of with no seconds wasted, the reason to the why was, in the future after the Adapt Martial Body method had been circulated across the world, there were some cultivators who thought that maybe if they were in the bath longer, they could harness more benefits, but just half a minute after they all exploded.

The reason that had happened, was that they overworked their bodies, as the blood would have run so fast in the body that it would have damaged the heart and also disturb the electric signals which the result would have threatening for heart rhythm, and what would happen to a dead shell trying to absorb and hold heaven and earth energy, "BOOOMM".

So after those news about those people were spread, it that scared many but not everyone, as some still continued with trying to change it, just to gain more benefits out of it for their cultivation.

Josief was not one of those people, who had tried to modify the method, but he once had killed someone who did and had succeeded it apparently in secrecy, Josief memorized it when he found it and then sold it, as the reason was that the method is very beneficial for someones cultivation, but its benefits will only work if the cultivation was around the first stage, Qi refining stage.

"In my past i could not afford to reset my cultivation back, but now that i am in the Qi refining stage, i had for the first time a chance to actually use that persons modified version of the Adapt Martial Body, which i have to truly say, is that it really shows a satisfying results."

Josief could feel as his body was much better and that his head could progress things at a faster time. It also was at the top of its excitement, if it was any other person's body, who was feeling that exact same intensity to his body excitement, they would not have survived any seconds and would already have creamed on their pants with the love juices.

But with Josiefs million years of experience from his past life, to which he had fully control of his emotions and his body.

He went and checked his body, to see the difference, to which it was that he felt that he had much better control of his body and that the usage of the heaven and earth energy was amped to a nearly a new level, which almost made him be able to rival an A-talent.

Josef smirked with these benefits, his future plans would go much more easier. He then went back in bed and continued with cultivation in a louts position.

After hours of cultivating, Josief finally woke up and found on his face, three girly heads stare at him. Two of them were small, immature and looked identical to each other, while the other was different as she was older, but had a mature feeling and was beautiful.
