1 Hellscape

not long ago Earth used to be a beautiful planet filled with many natural and artificial wonders which gave great pleasure to whomever saw them, over time technology and medical science had evolved and by the year 2100 humanity was at it's peak sadly, Earth's inhabitants the humans were never to fond of peaceful coexistence, many brutal wars had been fought in the past and now another one was on the horizon, due to several unfortunate political and global events, in the year 2105 a bloody war brokeout between the Great powers of the planet and although wars were a common occurrence throughout humanities existence none had ever been of this scale, in the next few years the planet was left devastated with billions of lives lost, the great wars of the past ended with one side overpowering the other but sadly this was not the case this time as all sides of this great war were evenly matched the saying that " death is the only one who has ever seen the end of war" became true, this inconclusive war led to humans being displaced all across the planet however, not all hope was lost not yet atleast as, after the war several of the surviving tech and humanitarian organizations came together to build a virtual dystopia where the humans could live a simulated life, it was claimed by the many associations who built this virtual multiverse that those who join it would

become immortal.
