Aria Callaghan is not an easy person to come by, but at the same time she's very effective at what she's doing. However, due to her ways she meets on her way Chyler Toussaint, a quite by-the-book detective. Their cooperation seems impossible to be maintained in a good way, given different approaches both of them have, but a lot can change given what they have to face together. After Hellblades mob starts killing people in British Columbia, Aria and Chyler would have to move to Saskatchewan to investigate why Hellblades had gotten so bold. However, the killing mob is not the only problem they will encounter on their way.

"Okay, what the hell is happening now?" Chyler asked, seeing her partner just open her backpack and hurl a bottle of Jägermeister from it. "Aria, for hell's sake!"

Callaghan didn't reply, she just chugged from the bottle like she was drinking a damn lemonade. She closed her eyes, grunted, and then chugged again.

"Callaghan!" Toussaint caught the bottle and took it out of her hands. Aria opened her eyes, glowing and teary, like she had been already drunk, even if that was entirely impossible. Chyler sighed, crouching by her side. "Aria, what's happening? Do you know that guy?"

"Do I know him?" she scoffed, reaching out for the bottle again, but Chy's dodge was too smooth for that. "Of course I do. He was my sister's boyfriend back in the day. And I think he might…"

"Blame you for her death?" Toussaint froze and her partner caught the occasion, swiping the booze from her hands.
