Alora turned off the room lights before jumped on her bed and attempting to sleep. Len hadn't replied and Austin should be asleep. She closed her eyes and drifted off.

The next morning, dressed in a light green gown and white coat and armed her handbag, she headed for the university.

She stopped by a coffee shop and took a cup of cappuccino and a few croissants. She didn't have time for breakfast and has to be early for her first day teaching the students. After reporting to the headmaster, admistrator and school council, she went into her first class.

"Bonjour les étudiants (Good morning students)." She said in flawless French as she walked to the whiteboard.

"Bonjour mademoiselle." The class echoed.

"My name is Miss Alora Silver and I will be your new English teacher." She wrote her name on the board and the students clapped. "Now, are you all new to learning English or you know a few words?"

"Ah Miss." A burnette stood up shyly. "Some us don't know plenty English." She tried to make her statement reasonable but just fell back into her seat while the other students laughed at her.

"I see." Alora smiled at her. "What's your name dear?"

"I don't understand." The girl stuttered.

"Comment vous appelez-vous?" She repeated her question and the girl's eyes widened.

"Céline Duval." She answered.

"Good. Stay here." The girl seemed to understand and Alora diverted her attention to the rest of the students. "S'il vous plaît, pouvez-vous tous sortir votre manuel d'anglais. (Please can you all bring out your English textbooks.)"

The students fumbled through their bags and brought out huge textbooks. An hour later, the bell rang, indicating recess atmnd the students went out, all seemingly missing the class.

Céline sat in her seat, waiting for Alora to talk to her. Alora pulled a chair beside her and sat. She took out her phone and began teaching her simple English words and phrases.

"Why are you helping?" Céline asked.

"Because you are inquisitive." She stated.

Céline stared at her but she just shook her head. "Don't worry. You will understand soon. Bye."

Céline got the message and left the class. Alora sat at her table and rested her head on the desk, falling asleep moments later.
