The Lone Wolf

As we stepped into the adventurers' guild, my eyes widened at the vast expanse of the building. Towering pillars of richly stained wood rose to support the high ceilings, creating a sense of grandeur that filled the air.

The aroma of polished oak and fragrant cedar filled my senses, lending an air of rustic charm to the place.

Every inch of the guild was carefully crafted with the utmost attention to detail, from the intricate carvings on the walls to the impressive tapestries that adorned them.

A sense of history permeated the atmosphere, hinting at the countless tales of adventure and daring that had been born within these walls.

As we made our way deeper into the guild, the sheer size of the place became even more apparent. Rows upon rows of well-stocked bookshelves lined the walls, filled with tomes on everything from ancient lore to modern tactics.

The clatter of armor being polished and swords being sharpened echoed through the halls, a constant reminder of the work that lay ahead for us.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the guild, there was an air of camaraderie and purpose that permeated everything.

As we looked around at the other adventurers preparing for their quests, I knew that we were in good company and that whatever challenges lay ahead, we would face them together.

"Fortuna audaces adiuvat! Adventurers, how may I assist you?" said the receptionist.

The greeting makes me feel like I am part of a community of like-minded individuals who share a love for adventure and exploration.

It sets the tone for my new life in this world and gives me a sense of purpose and direction.

"Excuse me, do you have a world map I can use?" I asked the receptionist.

"Did you happen to lose your map? If you can show me your adventurer ID card, I can provide you with a new adventurer map," the receptionist responded.

"Unfortunately, I don't have an adventurer ID card. I only recently started as an adventurer," I explained.

"I see. Well then, you'll need to apply for the adventurer entrance exam. We can assess your rank and provide you with an ID card afterward," the receptionist informed me.

"Where can I apply for the entrance exam?" I inquired.

"You can find the guild master in the room on my left. They can assess you there," the receptionist directed.

"And what about you, miss? Would you like to apply for an adventurer ID card as well?" the receptionist turned to Airi.

"Yes, please," Airi replied.

"Very well, you may both head to the same room together," the receptionist replied.

Upon arriving at the room, we were greeted by a young man who had a handsome look to him. He introduced himself as the guild master and informed us that he would be conducting the adventurer entrance exam.

Beside him stood his apprentice, a young girl who appeared to be observing the proceedings with great interest. The guild master explained that the exam would consist of several tests that would assess our abilities as adventurers.

"Hello, Wolfsbane's the name, and I'm the guild master. You must be here for the adventurer entrance exam," the young man said with a friendly smile.

"Yes, that's correct," I replied.

"Great, I'll need to assess your abilities before I can issue you with an adventurer ID card. Are you ready?" the guild master asked.

"Yes, I'm ready," I answered confidently.

"And what about your friend here?" the guild master turned to Airi.

"I'm also here for the adventurer ID card," Airi replied with determination.

"Very well. The exam will consist of several tests that will assess your abilities as an adventurer. Are you both ready to begin?" the guild master asked.

"Yes," we replied in unison.

"Good. Let's get started then," the guild master said with a smile.

"First, I will explain to you about the test, there is 5 test that consists of physical training, knowledge test, survival management, combat ability, and leadership trials. I will give you more information through your System."

[System: Physical fitness test; your physical fitness level to ensure that you have the stamina and strength to handle the physical demands of an adventure. This could include activities such as running, climbing, and lifting]

[System: Knowledge test; a good adventurer needs to be knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects, including geography, history, and mythology. Consider taking a test to evaluate your knowledge and identify areas that you need to work on]

[System: Survival skills test; survival skills are essential. You should test your ability to find food, water, and shelter in a wilderness environment. This could include camping, hiking, and orienteering]

[System: Combat test; depending on the type of adventure, you may need to defend yourself against dangerous creatures or enemies. Consider taking a combat test to evaluate your ability to use weapons and fight in a variety of scenarios]

[System: Leadership test; as an adventurer, you may need to lead a group of people. Taking a leadership test can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in this area]

"Alright let's go to the second floor to get your physical fitness tested." Said the guild master.

...

...

...

[System: Training plan received]

I. Push-ups

II. Squats

III. Lunges (alternating legs)

IV. Plank hold

V. Jumping jacks

VI. Mountain climbers

VII. Bicycle crunches

VIII. Burpees

IX. High knees

X. Tricep dips

During the test, the adventurer would perform each exercise for 1 minute, with a 10-second rest period in between exercises to allow for transition time. The goal is to complete as many repetitions as possible for each exercise within the 1-minute time frame.

At the end of the test, the adventurer's performance would be evaluated by a guild trainer or representative, who would provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement. The results of the test could be used to design a personalized training program to help the adventurer improve their physical fitness and prepare for their future adventures.

"You can start whenever you're ready." Said the guild master.

Oh boy... This is going to be a painful test.
