1 Rebirth
One day like the others, a big fan of Yu-Gi-Oh had just watched for the hundredth time the various series. He had watched the 5D Yu-Gi-Oh Millenium, Yu-Gi-Oh Gx and Yu-Gi-Oh, the result was not good.
Alex Willson, a 25-year-old employee, lived in an upscale apartment. He was well off and led a life like any other, but he hid a hobby, that of Yu-Gi-Oh cards.
Alex had the cards of the game and participated in many local tournaments. He continued to win and never lost a match. He knew all the Yu-Gi-Oh cards and the Yu-Gi-Oh fans called him the dueling counter.
He had had friends but he never found his soul mate, his only relatives are his family, who died a few days ago. Alex was very close to his parents and when he heard of his parents' death, he fell into depression, but something came out of his depression.
While he was at worst, he thought he heard his cards talking. Alex did not believe him and thought he was hallucinating because of his sadness. Alex always wanted to be in one of the worlds of Yu-Gi-Oh because he wanted to fight the known duelists and crush them.
One ordinary Tuesday afternoon, Alex was coming back from the tournament he had won again. On the way, Alex squeezed his bundle within a minute, wondering how powerful he was and how the cards helped him out of his depression.
While crossing the road, he saw a map of Yu-Gi-Oh on the ground. The map was face down. Alex leaned over to take her in the middle of the road. Alex did not know why but his whole body was screaming for him to pick up this card. When Alex returned it to see its contents, he found the carte blanche. The card had the green background showing a magic card but the contents were white. Alex looked surprised because he had never heard of a carte blanche.
As Alex stood still in the middle of the road, lightning crackled in the sky and golden lights swirled in the sky. Lightning reached the tops of buildings around the road and the noises woke Alex, who rushed to the road.
Alex went to his house with questions in mind but he did not notice that the lightning in the sky followed him. The golden lightning in the sky has changed to become multicolored.
Alex realized that the storm was getting stronger and, as he started to run home to avoid the rain, a lightning hit him. Alex stopped and stepped back in surprise. "Shit, lightning struck in front of me!"
While Alex was frozen in surprise, a flash of light fell from the sky and hit him. Alex's vision was shrouded in white light, and after a moment Alex found himself in total darkness with only the white magic card he had picked up on the floor and a duel disc on his arm.
When Alex looked at the card in his hand, he noticed that the white image had been modified by a golden cut and a text at the bottom of the card.

Alex was silent reading the magic card but after 20 minutes Alex tried to calm down and find a logical solution. Alex remembered the lightning and was hit. So he had to die, but then he looked at the map and concluded it must be the cause.
"This card is ... special, if what it says is true ... then?"
Alex clenched his fists and decided to play everything for the whole thing. Alex got into position and activated his dueling record.
"Duel Disk activated!"
The double disc came on and opened. Alex watched the duel drive on his arm with bright eyes and inspected it in its entirety. "Wow, it's fascinating, how it works ..." Alex looked at the duel record but he regained consciousness and looked at the magic card [The Sky Cup] in his hand and then activated it. "I activate the [Sky Cup]!" The magic card appeared next to me and a light came out.
The light became 3 cups of gold each containing a paper. Alex looked at the 3 gold cups with surprise and as he wanted to move forward, he felt his foot stepping on something. Looking down, he saw a pen. He understood that he had to write on the leaves that were inside the cups of his vows.
Alex quickly wrote on his papers his wishes because he knew what he wanted.

[3: Finally, I want to take my Deck with me and have a dueling record and a custom runner duel.]
After I finished writing my vows, the 3 gold cups started shining and a * SHEEEET * was heard. Alex's vision was obstructed but he noticed that his body was slowly disappearing as in the shadow games. Alex closed his eyes and hoped that all this was a real and not a dream.

In a flat near the center of New Domino, a young man of great beauty was asleep. The young man was our main character.
[POV ???]
My eyes opened slowly and I saw the sunlight in my view. I got up and after stretching myself, I remembered what had happened to me yesterday. "A dream?" I looked at the room where I was and it was the same as the one I had before.
I yawned and went to shower thinking that I had dreamed. After going back to the bathroom, I went past the mirror. When I passed the mirror, I froze and quickly I rushed to the mirror to confirm that I'm not crazy.
In the mirror, you could see a young man of 18 years with scarlet hair with a fringe on the right and gray eyes. He wore a red pajama that showed a tonic body with a height of 1.84 cm.
While I was frozen in front of the mirror, I felt memories overwhelm my brain and I knelt while standing at the sink. "Gaaah ... Aaaaah! ' My head!" After minutes I felt the pain diminish and I got up weakly with the help of the sink. My body was sweating but looking at me in front of the mirror I said "Genesis, Genesis Hewley."
I discovered my new first name and last name and the use of Pharaoh's powers. It took me 30 minutes to calm down, but I was still surprised but little by little an excitement won over my mind.
"It means I'm in the Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's universe, it was not a dream."
I started laughing in front of the mirror and after about ten minutes I started to whisper "So it's true ..."
I decided to go out and visit New Domino City because I was impatient but before I decided to take a shower. After the shower, I dressed with the clothes I had in the wardrobe.
Currently, I wore a black outfit with a long red coat that matched my scarlet hair and black shorts.
I headed for my desk in my room and opened a drawer. In the drawer, there was a red disk duel with an aggressive appearance and a deck.
I took my deck and looking at the cards, I recognized my deck. On leaving I took the elevator and I clicked on the underground button. This building had a garage under the building. After 5 minutes, the elevator opened and I found myself in a garage where there were several vehicles, motorcycles, cars ...
I headed for the private garages at the back. A white steel door was in front of me, I took some keys from my pocket and opened my personal garage.
In front of me was a scarlet red runner duel with black streaks. The front is pointed with the rear gathering a wing composed of two wheels. On the passenger, station was an integrated duel disk.
"My duel runner."

On the roads of New Domino City, a duel runner was running at full speed.
"Ahahah, it's the best!"
Feeling my runner duel split the wind, I felt my body screaming with joy. I was entering a new world. As I drove I thought.
"So it's my new life, a duel world, I'm going to be the best person to defeat me!"
All the passer-by were surprised to see a runner duel running at full speed in front of them.

The hours passed and after visiting the dueling academy, downtown and including the card shop, the dueling stadium (Kaiba Dome), the central area and the guard district.
I looked at the sky to see the evening fall and I decided to go back to wait for the beginning of the plot.
I started my motorcycle to get in, but on the way, my duel runner detects another runner duel behind him. When I looked in the rearview mirror, the duelist behind me sent me a challenge request.
"Ahahah, my first real duel in this world, I accept!"
I accepted the duel and activated the [Speed World] card and after activating it a voice came out of the duel runner.
