There are always those moments that fill you with the doubt of being sad. It makes your heart drop. It makes your stomach churn in unease. When you are happy, this fear suddenly fills you, screaming that something awful will happen and you will get hurt emotionally, mentally, or physically. When you are going in a flow or working on something so smoothly and suddenly, there is this doubt of going wrong. There is a suspicion of you messing it up or maybe making a mistake that will ruin it. And the worst part of it all? It doesn't go away. That nagging sticks with you. No matter what you do, there is this constant pull that makes you wary of satisfaction, the satisfaction of happiness or fulfillment.
