Chapter 4: The village

They all reported on their activities to the lord of the nations.

As night approached, they slept within their coffins while Konotose and Akitomi headed toward the guest room with a small number of coffins.

Everyone rested until the day arose then Rinayama rallied her full team with the meeting hall.

Rinayama's major general Nori approached the flag pole and raised their flag then everyone saluted as their flag was raised.

Rinayama along with her comrades began to raise their national flag within the hall and sang the national anthem after raising the flag.

After finishing their anthem, Rinayama went and stood before her troops.

Rinayama:" We will surround Hindunhu but no one should attack until you detect one of my three of aura."

Rinayama signaled her army then started heading out towards their destination.

Konotose and Akitomi winked at each other then started contact with Mihohayo.

They all moved as quickly as they possibly can as they headed towards their destination.

Many of the troops seem to be confident in their ability as everyone headed out.

As time has passed, they have arrived at the town without issue.

Rinayama headed towards Sanarabi's base of operations then knocked upon the door.

Rinayama went and sat on a chair before Sanarabi, Sanarabi smiled as if she expected Rinayama to arrive.

Sanarabi:" Are you here cause there was a battle against your group."

Rinayama laughed off the statement and questioned her on how she found out the matter.

Sanarabi:" There are three groups, Balian liberation army, Human Resistance Group, and our group 1st Bailian army with 960,000 troops and 192,000 vampires that serve under us."

Rinayama:" But the group, my task force fought against."

Sanarabi: "The Human Resistance with soldiers which buys outdated American arms told us that 4,000 soldiers will attack the cave and rescue everyone then the two groups will raise up in response to the crime that has shared among them."

Konotose and Akitomi shared the discussion with their king.

Akitomi went in between both Sanarabi and Rinayama then gave Rinayama a signal.

It caused Sanarabi to whistles and every soldier within the slum district started patrolling the area for possible troops.

Three soldiers entered the building then tried to arrest the three individuals that entered the area.

Soldier: "My name is Imagisa, so why are two of you sharing information with the government."

Konotose and Akitomi shook their heads as if they expected as much from then so both pointed at Sanarabi.

Sanarabi:" We have not rebelled but investigating if the 2% of the people taken within that cave each month."

Everyone sighed due to what no one expected at this turn of events.

Mihokayo asked Akitomi to patch him in.

Mihokayo:" I trust your judgment but do not rebel cause there will be a brutal response from all my task forces if you do so."

Their conversation ended and Rinayama along with her team started leaving the slums then headed back to the headquarters.

Everyone reached the same location at the same time then Rinayama started looking at the Bailian Empire map then showcased it before everyone was present in the room.

Akitomi:" There are multiple reports of a group of 96 soldiers controlling a village 10 km east of this location."

Rinayama looked unimpressed by Akitomi's statement the shouted Nori.

Nori stepped forwarded and saluted Rinayama to show her respect.

Rinayama:" Nori , you are on me."

Rinayama and Nori made their leave then started their journey eastward.

Nori is overjoyed as she shared alone time with her leader as both travel together.

Everyone traveled in a casual manner and traveled at their destination in the midday.

Rinayama:" Nori , any suggestions?"

Nori began to make hand signs to show that flanking will be a fun thing to do.

Rinayama jumped with excitement then headed to the left flank while Nori headed to the right.

Rinayama unleashed her aura while Nori followed suit then both charged into the village killing whoever stood in their way.

After killing almost every soldier in their, 8 soldiers headed outside of their barracks and drew their swords.

Man: "My name is Uni, leader of this but what brought you here."

Rinayama pointed at the Uria flag on the building.

Uni just made a jester before charging at Rinayama, Rinayama was being pushed back as both engaged in battle.

Rinayama realizes the person, she is fighting than most she has fought.

Rinayama activated her unique skill undead knight, her sword transformed into a weapon with a cross handle with a vert core within every area of the sword, even Rinayama's armor transformed and looked like Joan D Arc armor from fate.

Uni:" You look like evil Joan D Arc that is from nightcore zodiac throne, so what will you do now?"

Uni resumed attacking his foe but Rinayama just yawned and blocked each strike without effort.

As Rinayama prepares to land a fatal, Uni released his aura then both fight each other for some time un Rinyama gained the upper hand, killing Uni before he realized what is happening.

With his death, those that remain dropped their weapons, so Nori whistled and the civilians started coming outside.

Many people within the village began shaking their hands and saying their thanks.

Old Lady:" I have overheard some of the rebels stating that they will team up with the Nula as soon as they declare war on our homeland."

Nori crouched down and thanked her for the information before both started headed out.

As both traveled back to base, they noticed a large group of soldiers marching on the road.

Nori jumped before and made a smug smile then asked them a question.

Soldier:" We are told to stand by near the Nula border, Mihokayo orders."

Nori inquired about their leader and one soldier touched at the man in the middle of the formation.

Nori:" Commander, I detected one hundred ninety-two million troops but 2 million are vampires, so good luck commanding them."

Commander: "My name is Chizomi, commander of the southern national guard regiment and you are?"

Rinayama:" My name is Rinayama, leader of the Special warfare group."

Chizomi:" Most of my troops are 18 years while the vampires served for a millennium."
