1 Beginning

I am Merlin and I live in the kingdom called SilverWood kingdom, it's a big kingdom and has many territories inside which were conquered from old generations, our kingdom follows the concept of Aristocracy.

The hierarchy in Aristocracy starts from Baron as the lowest, then Viscount , then Earl , Marquess, and then Duke and at the top is King.

The current King is King Roland Silver, and is 30 years old , he has long shiny silver hair which signifies that he is a Royal and has light blue eyes which makes him look very handsome, he has 5 kids in which the eldest Prince is also the Crown Prince, he has two daughters which are both Princess.

The king of this generation is very bold, courageous, smart and cunning , he is also counted in the Top 100 strongest people in the World .

The Top 100 strongest people of the world are those people which hold immense powers in either Magic or Swords or Mystic Arts.

They are people who are treated with respect everywhere in the world regardless of their Race or Nation.

Well there is more to them but I only know this much from books I read.

As for the landscape, this world has 7 continents like Human Continent which has highest number of humans, Elven continent which has highest number of Elves , Demon Continent which has highest number of Demons, Demi-Human Continent, Dwarven Continent, Fairy Continent and the Unknown Continent which is in extreme South.

As such there is no discrimination in races and you can easily find demons in human kingdom and vice versa and same with other Continent and races

Though there are internal struggles in every kindom.

The Unknown Continent is the most mysterious continent and is said to be loaded with dangers and opportunities.

This world have people which can use Mana which allow them to use Magic, there are those who also uses Ki and become Sword Masters, there are those who uses Mystic Arts and become Mystics.

It is rare for someone to be born with two talents and someone to be born with all 3 talents are so rare that they are considered legends.

Some talents are inherited from bloodlines also so there is system of Aristocracy in world

And I, Merlin am just a person born with neither of 3 talents even though I am born a Noble, I am son of Earl Jackson.

I am the youngest son of family, that is the 5th son , my Eldest brother Marcus will be the next head of the household and will be appointed as Earl next week, then I have elder sister Julie who has talent for being a Swords Master, then comes my 2nd elder brother James who has talent to become Wizard then comes my 2nd Eldest sister Elisa who has affinity with Mystic Arts and is soon going to be enrolled in Academy.

And according to me , Marcus will kick me out as soon as he becomes Earl as he is a proudly person and thinks of me as a useless person and according to him I will taint the name of our Household

Now what should I do ?

How will I be able to survive outside with no strength where monsters linger in wilderness.

I tried to win favour of one of my siblings but alas there personalities are very different like...

My 2nd brother James, he is a cold bastard, he has black hair and green eyes and is cold to almost everyone and rarely talks much and he don't even look at me

My 2nd sister Julie, hah she is too courageous and does not like weak people who do nothing and she treats me as an insect and ignores me mostly

My 2nd sister Elisa is fairly normal compared to these twerps but due to their influence she also ignores me

As for my Father Jackson, he do not care much less since he know my talents

My mother died some years ago

There are times when I can't even at the same table as them

I would have died long ago in this house of starvation if not for my intellect and wits

I am 16 years old and we become adults when we are 15 years old and each sibling of mine is 1 year older than other that means Marcus is 20 years old

I have very dark black hair and bluish green eyes, small nose and pinkish lips, overall I cam very handsome guy , I would have recieved many proposals for marriage which could have saved me but since they knew of my talents they did not

Ans as cunning as Marcus is, he will not let anyone be interested in me , he can only assert his dominance over me as he has just a little talent for swords and became head of house by him being first born

I saved a little money since few years but it can only last me a month

in this world currency is divided into bronze notes, solver notes, gold notes and royal notes with a conversion ratio of 100 bronze nites being 1 silver note, 1000 silver notes being 1 Gold nite and 100 Gold notes being equal to 1 royal note, only nobles and string people have access to royal notes.

There are also coins but only bronze and silver coins only.

I stole some money from my siblings secretly also so I have some money

But I don't want to be kicked out of house

I really hate these siblings of mine and if possible I will get my revenge on them also

Especially Marcus and Julie , these bastards always beat me half to death or to vent their frustrations sometimes

They even forbade any servant to serve me and now even servants know that I will be kicked out soon

1 week later

Today Marcus became Earl through official ceremony and this ocassion was celebrated with nobles coming from all over kingdom .

This was a good opportunity for me and I used it well to invade Marcus and Julie's room and stole whatever form of currency I could find and I found a bit from Marcus

The ceremony ended and soon enough Marcus was standing in front of me with some Knights at his back

"Hahaha, Merlin it's been a while how are you "

"I am fine....why are you here?"

I asked the obvious

" Obviously to clean the stain on MY household name that is you so get out of my house"

Haaah

"Alright.."

Marcus was taken aback my reply to leave easily as he did not expect me to leave easily

I took my bag and was leaving while Marcus was laughing hard and throwing insults at me

Honestly, I was very angry that even the servants were laughing at ne but I could do nothing as they were all stringer than me

I remember each of their faces and I will pay you all back somehow

I swore it in my heart and with that I left the household

Marcus POV

Finally !!! That guy left , hahaha how angry he was I could see and I enjoyed it a lot

hahaha now no one in my house is useless

I came to my room but I found something was amiss in my room

I quickly searched and was shocked to core that the money I had left in my drawer for some use was gone , I searched more and found my jewelry was gone too

I was so angry and now understood how that bastard left so easily and hastily

I knew something was fishy but that bastard

I gripped my sword hard enough to break it but didn't as it will be my loss

"Bastard , he must have left the territory by now , Merlin don't let me find you, I will kill you for sure"

While shouting I closed my door and slept
