The swarm of fiery meteors that was laying waste to the entire Central Continent was being diverted to the Compound Killer Move ------------ Celestial Ballroom Of Death.

For as powerful as it was the Compound Move, Celestial Ballroom Of Death was more mystical than raw power.

It would be easily disrupted by the power of another Compound Killer Move.

"Stop him," Star Constellation shouted in their telepathically, "Each string that snaps is damaged inflicted on his origin, Giant Sun and I cannot move or the Killer Move will fail."

Even that brief conversation was straining, the Killer Move flickered a tiny bit and its intensity dropped a small amount as Star Constellation was speaking.

She quickly cut the connection and resumed maintaining the Killer Move.

There was a facade of strength that they needed to show to make Heaven think that they were actually strong and oppressive when in reality they were immobile and unable to act.

Prior to the battle, this Killer Move wasn't the only thing they prepared.

Star Constellation actually prepared voice lines, offensive and defensive Killer Moves, as well as several life-saving measures should the occasion require.

This was the bulk of where her work went into, sure weaving a Dao Killer Move was no easy task, and formulating a compound move with Giant Sun was even harder.

But this was the strength of the Great Dao of Divinations, it was able to do multiple conceive the best possible solution and was almost compatible with every Dao.

This allowed Star Constellation to create the Compond Dao Killer Move, and make plans to fight Heaven.

"The Killer Moves we set in place plus our allies should be enough to distract Heaven until the second phase ends,"

The Celestial Ballroom Of Death used the negative karma that Heaven had accumulated over the years.

Every pair of dancers was actually a Gu Immortal in the past!

The Celestial Ballroom Of Death used the grudges of the Gu Immortals who had died at the hands of the target to inflict damage directly onto the target Gu Immortal, in this case, Heaven.

But the power of grudges and negative karma is weak, it needs a tremendous amount to gain the effect of manipulating the real world, much less directly harming someone.

Most people will never accumulate so much negative karma in several lifetimes, yet for Heaven, this was no problem because every death from a tribulation was on his hands!

No matter how justified Heaven felt towards his action, nor how many people ultimately benefited, nor even the benefit that the world as a whole gained.

For over 3 Billion years, Heaven had accumulated a vast amount of resentment, the likes of which even Spectral Soul paled in comparison to.

Normally, he was shielded from it by the Heavenly Dao and the boundless good karma that the Heavenly Dao has accumulated.

But residing in the body of Spectral Soul has caused him to not only no longer receive that protection but to instead be more susceptible to the Killer Move!

After all, Spectral Soul has the least favourable and most negative karma of all the Venerables, including Fang Yuan!

"Things are certainly becoming interesting," Fang Yuan clenched the newly refined Rank 9 Gu in his hands.

He had succeeded!

Raising his hands to stretch as he finally achieved one step closer to obtaining the perfected version of his Dao of Elements.

"Should I lend them a hand," Fang Yuan rubbed his chin, casting his gaze to the situation at Heavenly Court, "Star Consatellation's arrangements should be enough, and if they're not then Heaven has a trick up his sleeve I should observe."

Fang Yuan had a devilish smirk on his face, "Let's do this then."

He instantly disappeared from his spot.

Meanwhile, in the midst of battle.

Giant Sun's face suddenly twitched,

"What's happening?" Star Constellation noticed.

Giant Sun went from a mild annoyance to full-on rage, "FANG YUAN YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR!"

He turned to Star Constellation, furious, "Was this all a part of your diabolical plan!"

Star Constellation was, for the first time in a while, confused, "I haven't the faintest idea what you-"

Then all the pieces clicked,

"Don't tell me," Star Constellation was slightly startled, "He's looting the Northern Plains."

"Damn right he is!"

This was terrible news, for both parties!

One, Heavenly Court needed Giant Sun's help right now, he was holding up half of the Dao Killer Move, Celestial Ballroom of Death, and without him, the fight against Heaven would be harder.

Two, Hei Lou Lan was Giant Sun's adoptive Daughter and was playing a key role in mitigating Fang Yuan's Dao Killer Move.

"Without her, there would be very few ways for us to deal with Chaos!"

Star Constellation had to make a choice, "Screw it, helping Earth is more important right now."

She looked Giant Sun in the eyes, and resolutely said, "I'll pay you back for helping us and whatever Fang Yuan stole."

But Giant Sun scoffed, "Don't you see how ravaged the Central Continent is? With the constant back-to-back large-scale wars that you've been fighting, your Billion years of foundations must have run dry by now right? What could you even use as repayment?"

"I'll give you a quarter of the special piece of Primordial Domain that Heaven created for us."

"Half."

"Deal."

And with that one crisis was temporarily resolved.

Fang Yuan, was happy to make 'deals' with the inhabitants of the Northern Plains, the non-Huang Jin Tribes had been oppressed for so long and had so little that they decided to take Fang Yuan up on his offer.

They would turn into wandering nomad tribes and trade Resource Points for Immortal Gu, of course, they were going to pillage and plunder from the Huang Jin tribes.

This set a whole spiral of political strife between the Huang Jin and Non-Hunag Jin tribes, but that's a story for later.

News of what he had done had already circulated in Treasure Yellow Heaven, and countless clans and sects decided to hide their fortunes within Treasure Yellow Heaven, causing a lot of golden pillars of light to shoot into the sky.

Though rather unfortunate for Fang Yuan, his main goal was to loot resource points and they were not easy to move, nor cheap to store in Treasure Yellow Heaven.

Some big sects could bite the bullet, after all a less profitable Resoucre Point was better than no Resouce Points at all.

"After I stop by the Southern border I should have enough resources to make it." Fang Yuan thought to himself.

"This may take some time," Fang Yuan looked toward Heavenly Court once again, "Maybe I shouldn't help so much."

And with a snap of his fingers, a great change occurred.

The torrent of elements that were fighting against the Billion Soul suddenly dispersed, but the Ominous Black Cloud still lingered.

"Fang Yuan!" all the members of Heavenly Court and Giant Sun cursed.

He had relieved them of his support while leaving his burden behind.

Heaven smirked, "Billion Soul attack the Blood Red Moon!"

The Billion Soul turned from facing off against Genesis Lotus and swatted its arms at the Dao Killer Move, Celestial Ballroom of Death.

"Shit!" Giant Sun cursed, "What are we going to do now? And how did Heaven figure out we were hiding here???"

Star Constellation rolled her eyes, "Who else do you think had the ability to see through a Dao Killer Move, and my schemes."

It clicked in Giant Sun's head, "Fang Yuan!"

"Relax," Star Constellation was still calm, "Did you really think I wouldn't have considered the possibility of Fang Yuan betraying us? I knew once Heaven turned desperate he would seek out Fang Yuan's help."

"But wasn't he on your side? Didn't you guys swear on your Daos? Why would he suddenly aid Heaven?"

"Because we didn't make him swear to not help Heaven."

"??? WHY!" Giant Sun was incensed, it seemed like such an obvious loophole, and he felt it was impossible for Earth, let alone Star Constellation to neglect such a detail.

"Just focus on maintaining the Killer Move," she replied, "There's a reason for everything."

Just as the tentacle-like arms of the Billion Soul were about to completely encase the Blood Moon.

Invisible Blades diced them before they had a chance to get close.

"Don't think I'm out of the picture just yet," Red Lotus floated before the Billion Soul and the Blood Moon.

He was exhausted from containing Heaven's Killer Move but had spent the time after recovering, with the aid of Earth.

"Earth Now!"

She nodded, "Hei Lou Lan fire!"

Pseudo-Dao Killer Move ------------------ Chaotic Extinction Ray!

A pitch-black ray shot forth from within the Ominous Black Cloud, striking the Billion Soul dead centre!

Every eye on the Billion Soul began to wince in pain, and though it had no mouth, it produced a wailing sound as its entire body began vibrating in pain!

"Hmph," Heaven snorted, "Hypocrite!"

Another dance concluded and her nose began bleeding.

"Damnit," Heaven was gritting her teeth, "I guess I have no choice."

Dao Killer Move -------------- Embodiment Of Death!

Heaven's Yin form possessed, flawlessly pale skin, smooth as glass, with gorgeous hair that cascaded down her back, but her most striking feature was her eyes, crimson as blood and devoid of care, stone cold with the most menacing glare.

But the moment she activated her Killer Move, blood began pouring out of every pore of her body, but instead of leaking out onto the ground, the blood began pooling into a sphere above her.

Once all the blood drained out, all that was left was a withered-looking corpse, the captivating beauty was wrung dry, but the sinister smile, still plastered on the corpse, made it even more menacing.

Her skin began shedding itself, exposing the pearly white bones held within, all the internal organs had been ground to bits and sucked out with the blood, but at the spot where the heart was supposed to reside was a Flame.

It was none other than Fire Gu!

The world fell to deathly stillness during this period, not because of the grotesque sight that was happening before their eyes, each of them had been through a mountain of corpses.

No. What made them still was a feeling, a feeling that had not experienced in a long time.

"Ha ha ha ha," the laughter of Heaven entered the ears of all those present, "I just love the smell of fear."

At that moment, the eye sockets lit up with two small flames and the blood condensed itself into the shape of a scythe while the fiery robes of the still-in-effect Dao Killer Move, Ruler of Flames, draped over the skeleton.

Everyone felt their hearts prickling as if at any moment, death would take them.

Even the Dancers of the Celestial Ballroom of Death paused their dance!

"I was saving this for Fang Yuan but you all have really outdone yourself," Heaven could sense the shock in everyone, "What? Did you really think I would waste my time with a mere Dao of Killing?"

The flames for eyes lit up brightly, "No. I obtained the Great Dao of Death!"
