She had actually noticed that no 1 clone used all 3 powers at once.

Suddenly, the two Biao heads that comprise Hei Lou Lan's shoulder blade guards had a glow in their eyes.
Together with the two heads, Hei Lou Lan let out a savage roar that was so powerful it was tangible!
The clones closest to her started to die, but then a clone came out and ate the sound waves!
But of course, they were too much for him and he exploded and died after countering the move.
