Slave

Wei Huan woke up from his deep sleep on the musty wooden floor. He wasn't in the same carriage as before, he was in a special, larger carriage specifically used for slave trade. He had naturally been transferred here from his previous carriage.

He lifted his head up, his cheeks red and swollen from sleeping on a hard floor. He stood up and walked towards the spotless metal bars in front of his "enclosure".

He bent down, the smell of cooked rice entering his eyes. He bent down and ate, almost like a dog with his arms tied behind his back. Grains of rice were smeared all across his face as he ate like a starving animal.

This was his only meal for the day and it was also what he had been eating for the past month. As of now, this was the life of Wei Huan. His life had fallen from the highest high to the lowest low.

He was once the best fighter in his tribe, then he awakened and became a C-Grade talent. He still attempted to persevere for the sole reason that, even as a C-Grade talent, he could still atleast become a tribe elder with certain gu worms.

He was still a respected and dignified gu master, his battle strength wasn't low either. If he tried hard enough, he could even beat those with higher talents.

This was the talent of Wei Huan, his cultivation aptitude was C-Grade but his sense for battle was top-notch. Alas, he had suddenly been caught and thrown in a cage like some kind of monkey.

His eyes seemed almost lifeless as he walked towards the corner of the enclosure and layed down like a rotting corpse.

He closed his eyes as he "saw" a transparent ball full of copper green primeval essence. This aperture was only 37% full. This was naturally because of the theft path methods used by the gu masters who had captured him. They had stolen every gu from his aperture, including his vital gu.

This naturally caused massive damage to his aperture, almost destroying his future completely. Nowadays, Wei Huan could only brute force his cultivation and barely breakthrough.

All he could do was cultivate and wait to be sold off to some perverted female gu master. After all, Hei Gang had already been sold off. This was sadly the fate of the majority of slaves.

If he was lucky, he would be sold to a major tribe which would feed him resources, but that was unlikely. After all, his talent had degraded to D-Grade.

Wei Huan's primeval essence slammed against his aperture walls, barely any of it getting absorbed and expended. Wei Huan was relentless, continuously slamming the primeval essence against his aperture walls.

He had almost reached the breaking point. Tiny and miniscule cracks formed in his aperture walls, slowly growing and expanding as he expended primeval essence.

He continued slamming it against his aperture walls as the cracks expanded further, covering a large quantity of his aperture.

Even more of his limited primeval essence was expended, barely reaching the breaking point.

Bright coloured lights shone in his aperture, blinding anybody who could see them. They gave a feeling of thickness and solidity, making them seem dense and powerful.

These brights lights slowly dimmed as Wei Huan's aperture walls turned into a Copper Green Crystal, shining with a beautiful light.

"I have finally broken through to peak stage...."

"But what's the point?"

"I'm a fucking D-Grade slave!"

"My life is practically ruined and my future is destroyed...." Wei Huan thought as his breathing quickened, the room seemed to close around him and his fists weakly clenched before he spoke in a raspy voice:

"These fuckers.... They fucking kidnap me in the middle of the night and sell me off like I'm some kind of good?! And then! And then! They don't even let me fucking cultivate in peace because they stole all my fucking gu!"

"What the fuck is everyone gonna think?! That I'm a fucking weakling?! That I can't defend myself?! That I'm fucking deaf and blind because I didn't see them coming?!"

"I'm gonna kill these basta-"

Wei Huan suddenly got interrupted as the door to the large wooden carriage opened. A messy-haired middle aged man walked through the door, accompanied by an old and fat man with pattern baldness.

This middle aged man would appear more like a beggar if not for his black and grey robes. He slowly walked towards the cages filled with slaves, his green eyes scanning the area.

"Would you like to buy a mortal slave or a gu master slave, honorable gu master?"

"A gu master slave." The middle aged man spoke raspily"

"Oh! It appears that you would like a mistress! Allow me to bring you to some of our more attractive slaves." The old man suggested,

"No, I would like a male one" The middle aged man said,

"A male one?! Uh... Alright, Lord Gu Master." The older man said, seeming flustered,

"Right this way, Lord Gu Master!" The older man said, gesturing the middle aged man to move forwards,

The older man led the middle aged man towards Wei Huan's cell, showing him the only male slave they had left.

"This is a gu master at rank 1 la- uh.. peak stage" the old man said as he pointed towards Wei Huan who was lying down at the corner.

"Hm.. Bring him here." The middle aged man said,

The old man walked into the cell and tapped Wei Huan on the shoulder, once he noticed that Wei Huan wasn't getting up, he kicked him in the stomach, commanding him to get up.

Wei Huan walked out of the cell slowly, almost collapsing on the floor.

"I'll buy him." The middle aged man said,

"That'll be 75 primeval stones, Lord Gu Master!" The old man said, trying to get rid of Wei Huan,

"Alright." The middle aged man said as he pulled out a pouch full of primeval stones, dumping many of them into the old man's hands,

"Finally, I got rid of this fucking bastard!" The old man wanted to shout in excitement as he thought,

Many people had come to purchase male slaves before however they all got turned off seeing his disheveled state and low talent. This was the only one who would by this slave.
