Di Family part II

During that ancient era many Gods, Demons, Devils, Immortals and other powerful beings felled one after another. There were wars in every realms and the "hunting of the children of the River of Time" began. It was one of the darkest era of the ancients antiquity; a pandemonium of utter chaos and cruelty. Many innocent lives who were believed or have the Time Manipulation potentials were harvested and sacrificed to their "Justice". But none were proven true.

Nobody found the prophecies child nor the remaining children of the River of Time. It was like they vanished along with time. No matter what method or techniques they used they couldn't find them, and thus, they were believed to have all died during the hunt and wars.

Actually, they weren't completely wrong because almost all of the children of the River of Time died except for two youths who were protected by their clan. These two were not the prophecies child but the ancestors of the Di Family who met during those hard times and became a couple. But just because they survived the wars and the hunting doesn't mean they were out of danger either.

Ironically, the most danger the couple experienced was because of a jealous yet powerful man who coveted the beautiful maiden. But since he failed and lost in every aspects to the beautiful maiden's man he became crazed 'till he was so deranged he was beyond saving. He was in thought along the lines of 'If he can't have her then no one can!' Totally selfish and psychotic, he cursed the couple using all his life, life blood, heart and soul. It was the forbidden Twin-tailed Serendipity. And so, that very day a bloodline was completely wipeout, sacrificed by their own kin while the couple activated their abilities and managed to once again survived from another disaster.

But the forbidden Twin-tailed Serendipity was a powerful forbidden bloodline curse that can't be countered and thus, they're descendants were born with the curse in their blood. And only by their family's Bloodline Purification Ceremony would they be able to suppress and negate the curse in their body. It was a method invented by the couple to help their descendants. But it wasn't absolute either. Because they discovered during one of Bloodline Purification Ceremony that in every generation of the main bloodline there would one who were born with the prophecies physique but because of the curse, the Time-Switcher physique enhanced the effect of the Twin-tailed Serendipity and contrast other aspects.

The life of the child shortens until they die at the age of eight to sixteen. Most of them weren't able to awaken their abilities before death. But it was as if a curse itself or maybe the birth of such physique were inevitable, their continuous to gave birth of such physique once in a a generation, making them felt helpless and grief for the loss a child in their family until one of their ancestors were able to find a lee-way.

It was through one of the countless experiments of their ancestors that they find that if they used all Time Manipulation's abilities in sequence continuously during the Bloodline Purification Ceremony they would be able to disrupt the timings of the curse and loopholes of Time would emerge, enabling the body to gain 'normalcy', but by so doing, the physique of the child must not regain nor recover its abilities or it would be deemed as failure and the child would still die at a certain age like the others.

And because of it countless generations of children were saved but was unable to cultivate. They were only allowed to lived a normal life, not knowing the other side of the world where cultivators were abundant and flourishing with life and liveliness.

It can be argumentatively 'living a blissful yet ignorant life' in a cultivator's perspective. It was just sad that these children were initially gifted with abundant talents and potentials only to be cut off even before such talent or potential shows.

But some of them were born to excel despite not knowing what they've lost and became powerful figures in Human society; leaders of their field of expertise. How lamentable indeed. If they could cultivate they would soar higher heights than their predecessors. They might be able to become the prophecies Ruler of Time. But in life, whether you are a cultivator or not there's was no if.

And Di Aya…

Di Aya, the Eldest Miss of the main branch of the Di Family and the protagonist of this story was born with such a f***able fate without her knowing. And would probably be living a normal human life if her twin sister Maya didn't act all psycho on her and messed up her fate once again.
