At least that was what was supposed to happen, instead of Nercia's eyes opening to a cataclysmic world.
Now dominated by non other than the demons they were sent to exterminate.
With scattered bones and skulls being the only proof of humanity ever existing.
She had no memory of what had transpired after she arrived to the human world with her siblings, Lodre and Madaira, carrying a firing urge to fulfill their Lord's command.
How did she end up here, in a human body, lying helplessly on the soil of a ravaged battle field. Watching as demons drag human corpses. Her heart tearing to multiple pieces as she saw one of her siblings' corpse being dragged too.
To make it worst, she ended up in chains. Confined by the same demons, a crazy woman among them claiming to be her sister.

The whole world destroyed, he himself trapped in a mansion within a confined city, that hoarded the only survivor's of humanity.
The city itself barely standing, as it escaped apocalypse by a hair. Though, only to be faced with a new problem—the struggle for power, survival and control within the last, ungoverned stronghold of human race.
Join and follow this incredulous story of how Nercia and Michael, the two main characters and ill-fated lovers, struggle to break free from the chains binding them, to reunite with each other. In a world dominated by blood-driven demons and power-hungry humans.
