"Why don't we discuss things in my office?" Ken proposed.

Hakon didn't reply. He just stared at Wind, then at Huian and finally at Ken before nodding slightly. The four of them walked out of the hall, leaving confused soldiers to themselves.

"What does the young master of Carny know about the war of Riverdale that happened 20 years ago?" Hakon asked. He already knew what Wind knew. But he wanted to enquire as to how he learned of it.

"That is how Carny became a trade ally of the empire and opened its gates to the empire's merchants. Empire Mizu had told my father about the battle of Riverdale that had lasted a month, ending in the Empire's victory against the archipelago country of Riverdale. Ken and Huian too listened attentively to Wind's words. They were surprised at this tale of the battle and about Huian's father.

Huian silently looked at Ken with sad teary eyes and kept on walking towards Hakon.

"Young master…" Huian stopped and replied without turning around. "Thank you for everything." She said and walked further.
