To say I was shocked would be an understatement, everybody knew that Alpha was stepped down in two more weeks! I expected somebody, anybody to say something about this? But no one did! I think that surprised me.
The message he told everybody in his pack just now most definitely has everybody shocked and Confused.
Shane wrap his arms around me and gave me tight squeeze. I just looked up at him and smiled. He asked me, did Sarah tell you what dad has said? I noticed my head yes. Are you going to be there in the morning with us?
I don't know, I kind of do but
Riley you are welcome to attend if you like Carson said. If you don't that is okay!
Umm I kind of feel like the teacher's pet haha, yeah I'll come in the morning. I'll just be up on the hill. We normally hang out when people are training.
That will be fine! You are welcome to come down and join us the invitation is open. Thanks but I'll stay up on the hill.
Hey Sarah said getting everyone's attention. I come up and stay with you or Shane can she said wiggling her eyebrows. I just started laughing at her.
I choose my mate so you have to stay down there with the pack people I said with a frown on my face and she just stuck her tongue at me. Bryson says you know for the two of be teenagers you act like children, he said to us in laughter.
We all spent the next several hours eating and talking to one another. It was getting pretty late. Everyone called it a night and said goodbye.
How that morning was here everybody was at the training field and on time. You could tell by the environment that everybody was very confused. But no one spoke a word!
The alpha was standing little wise up on the hill overlooking all his pack members as he started to gather everyone's attention. Shane sit down with me and was holding my hand as alpha started speaking.
I Alpha James Carson of the Spring Valley Pack am officially stepping down as your Alpha handing over my title to my son Logan Carson from this day forward he is your new Alpha of the Spring Valley pack, you will Pledge Your Allegiance to him today. If you do not you all not be a member of this pack!
Logan son he said, turning to him placing one hand on his shoulder and holding his left hand with Logan's right hand. Logan put his other hand on his dad's shoulder. The alpha spoke, as of this day and the moon goddess witness upon us today I releases my powers and Duty over to you. Then he said a few words in Latin, and everyone could feel a big Power shift in the air. Alpha James hugged his son then said, the floor is all yours.
I Alpha Logan Carson of the Spring Valley pack except the physician of alpha in this pack. They will be big changes made in this pack!
We are a very strong pack, we work hard together. We fight strong together as a unit. But we are not a great pack! We as a pack judge others for the rinks and their status of this pack! I admit I have done this, as well. For that I almost lost my mate your future Luna.
Most everyone here knows of Sarah! she is my mate we all have judge her belittled her to the point that she was scared to even come forth! She shifted for her first time. Nobody from the pack was with her! She was terrified of being judge, We started assume she was runt.
We didn't accepted her rank as a pack, this caused her to start taking scent blocker pills. Most of you know that can be very dangerous! We could have lost her. Your Luna and the next born heir to this pack! Because we all judged her.
She was scared! But thanks to the Moon Goddess that I realized she was my mate. Most of you know from the senior meeting we held here at the pack, she did not want to accept me as her mate at first and I don't blame her.
I'm very sorry for my actions! Because this is what I want to change not only for the pack people, but for our future children. Something my brother Shane said. Something I want you all to hear!
Some people will always spread rumors but they need to realize that the person you are talking about might be the one person that could be there to help you or even save your life!
So pack members of the spring Valley pack, I want you to think on this! My father was retiring in two weeks. He was stepping down from being Alpha! My brother Matthew was going to step up to take on the alpha role for this pack to continue on! Because me or my brother have not found her mates!
I'll tell you all right now he was going to reject the alpha position! He did not want it! My brother Shane does not that the alpha position he wants to be beta! He would have step up if his mate's acceptance being in this pack! His mate is one we have all talked about to! She is Riley the one we all cell human!
I'll tell you right now she is not! She is a wolf just like us. She did the same as my mate, but unfortunately she has yet to accept being a member of this Pack!
Because of how we have all treated her over the years! She is amazing and strong she would be a great asset to this pack! I hope someday she might change her mind! I will except her with open arms!

With that being said, Logan pulled out a small knife. He cut across the palm of his hand. People started to line up and made slicing in there hand to pledge their self to the new Alpha!
