CHAPTER 8 – DEVIL WITH THE GIRL

ROSE'S POV:

As I'm walking towards the sound, I saw a man whose back is facing me yelling at his phone. So I got near him asked him did he want any help. After thinking something he cut that call and turned to my side. He looks like a Greek god. I look so short in front of him. His eyes are mesmerizing. His presence looks somewhat familiar. But I can't able to get who he is. He didn't reply anything. So I asked again. This time also he didn't say anything. So, I waved my hands in front of him.

Then I asked did he need any help. I asked him to join me, because he looks like a gentleman. He then called someone and asks him for help. Then he says that his friend is busy, so he will join me. We started to walk talking like we are not strangers at all. And then I came to know that he is the same person from yesterday phone call. I also share my secret with him. I feel very comfortable, perfect and happy around him, like we know each other for a long time.

After we reach city, we both are eating some hot dogs. No he is not eating, I'm feeding him. I don't why I'm doing this. But I want to. Suddenly my mobile started to ring; I looked at the caller Id, Its none other than Cathy. So I attended the call.

Me: Hi Cathy.

Cathy: what hi Cathy. Where the hell are you? It's already 7 in the evening. We have to leave at 8.00. You didn't even pack anything. Where are you girl?

Me: Oh. Shit. Sorry sorry. I'm coming. I'll be there in 10 minutes.

(Then I cut the call and told him that I'm leaving and call the cab. He asked me for my name. But I told him that if we meet again. I'll tell him my name. And then I got into the cab and waved him bye.).

Then I came to my apartment within 15 minutes and then I got ready as fast as I can, Cathy and Eva had already packed my luggage .so we leave the house at sharp 8. We got into Cathy's car and started singing like crazy. As airport is 45 minutes drive from here. Yeh ... we are going to enjoy this weekend (Eva exclaimed in her high pitch voice).

OLIVER (Daniel's head bodyguard's) POV:

After sir left the office without any security and ordered us not to follow him, we just have to wait for his arrival. If we didn't obey his orders he'll chop our heads and will feed our heads to vultures. So we are waiting in the 79th floor of the building. Then I saw Ms. Joseph leaving her office. I didn't talk to her till now. But I have to communicate with her as she's is sir's PA. Then suddenly my mobile started to ring. I looked at the caller Id. Its sir, so I attended the call in the second ring.

Sir: Do I pay you only for standing behind me. You also have to check whether the condition of my car is good or what. It broke down in the middle of the road. And no one is here at all. I don't know what you'll do I want another car in ten minutes.

He started to yell at the second I attended the call. He is correct we had to check his car's condition before leaving, but we didn't. We only checked for any threats.

Me: I'm really sorry sir. Sir can you please tell me where are you. I'll come there as soon as possible.

Sir: I don't know what place is this. Track my GPS or do something. I want another car as soon as possible.

Me: Okay sir. Please wait.

Sir: Urgg. Okay.

(After that he cut the call. We located the place where he is now. But it will take more than an hour to drive there). (So I called him again, at the same time I asked other bodyguards to started drive there) (Sir attended the call in the second ring itself).

Sir: What...

Me: Sir. The place where you're now is called green lake. And it will take more than one hour to drive here to there even with the fastest car and best drivers. So sir, if you want I'll send your helicopter to pick you up from there.

Sir: I don't know what you'll .....

(When he's shouting at me, I heard a voice. That too, a girl voice. Shit now I'm definitely going to die. He hates girls. And I'm sure If she did something wrong he'll kill her. I have to go there as soon as possible so without wasting another second I got into the car and started to drive there in high speed. At the time, tracking his GPS also)

Sir: Oliver. Wait for some time. I'll call you later.

(What he called me Oliver. I thought he don't even know my first name. I think in between this commotion and he called me Oliver without knowing. So I didn't take it seriously). Then he cut the call. Now the only thing I can do is to drive there as soon as possible. After sometime he called me again, this time also I attended the call in the second ring itself).

Sir: Hmm. Oliver, are you free now. Can you please come to pick me up? I'll tell you some short route it will not take more than twenty minutes to drive here from city.

(What the hell he is calling me Oliver again. But I'm sure this time it's not because of any confusion, because he is requesting me to pick him up. I think something strange is happening there. As I'm in own thoughts I heard sir voice again to check whether I'm there or I died from this sudden heart attack).

Sir: Oliver, are you there...

Me: Si...sir…sir... I … I …..mean

(Shit. why I'm stammering now. I don't even react when he shout at me or something. But today I'm stammering because he's talking to me nicely. I'm sure something is wrong with him. He is not the devil I know all these years. Because he don't even know what is called please. I have to get there as soon as possible).

Sir: It's okay Oliver. I know you're busy. You don't have to pick me up. I'll come.

Me: Sir. What are you doing? I'm not busy. Sir don't go anywhere from there. It will be a problem. People will recognize you. I'll be there as soon as possible. It is a danger for you sir.

Sir: I know Oliver. Trust me. I'll come by my own. You don't have to take tension. And I know you're really busy.

Me: No. No. sir, please listen to me.

Sir: No Oliver, then do one thing. Ask some your friend to pick up my car from here. Okay bye.

Me: Sir. Sir…

Sir: bye. Bye.

(Now I'm sure he is not the person I know because he is saying bye… But what he is up to, why is he saying I'm busy, why I have to busy. By the way how can he come here all alone? Is that someone recognized him and asked him whether he needs lift. It will be a danger; we don't know who she is. But what surprise me to the core is that he didn't kill that girl till now).

After sometime I notice that sir's GPS is moving towards totally another direction. I stopped the car and checked where that road leads to, it also leads to the city but it is a short cut there will be no people at all. So I asked all the bodyguards to drive which city end that road will lead. Its 30 minutes drive from here. So I started driving. I came here in just 20 minutes. All the other bodyguards also reached there in 5 minutes. So we started to look around for sir. This place is not that crowd at all. So I somehow slightly relaxed but what I saw next literally gave me a heart attack and my head started to spin.

Because the person who hates every girl in the world and will kill any girl if they try to get near him is standing with the stranger girl ( DEVIL WITH THE GIRL) that also not any models or someone in high society. I can tell that she is middle class. That too he is having those hot dogs in his hands which literally gave me another heart attack.

So we started to walk in his direction at the same time he also noticed as suddenly his normal expression changes and he signaled me not come near him. As per his order we got near the car and have to wait for his next order. My full concentration is on his surroundings and that girl, what if that girl is threat to him. But then that girl feed him, he didn't say anything and he's eating silently. My eyes got widen at that moment. At first I thought this not the devil but now I think we are in some parallel universe, because this is impossible. After some time she took her mobile and speak, I think someone called her. Then she says something to sir, then again called someone. Then after few minutes she got into the cab and waved sir bye. He also waved her bye. He is looking intensely at the cab, till the cab reach out of our sight.

Then he slowly walked towards our direction, so I opened the car door for him. He didn't say or ask anything he silently got into the car. After looking out surroundings and confirm that there is no problem I also got into the passenger seat. And the driver started to drive. After sometime he speaks but this time he is not the person I saw few minutes ago, he is the same devil I'm seeing for years.

Sir: Mr. Smith. Ensure that's girls' safety from today. She is my PA Ms. Joseph's best friend and she is leaving this city today for this weekend with Ms. Joseph. So you can easily her with the mobile which we gave to Ms. Joseph for her work. Track that mobile GPS. And make sure that girl is safe.

(Why in the world he wants that girl to be safe. Now I really want to have a conversation with Ms. Joseph about her friend)

Me: Okay sir.

(Then I ordered some other man to ensure the safety of that girl).
