Hesitation

Kagura was laying on her bed thinking about today. Her son had just got over his depression and was now acting like a dream son, cleaning and helping her. However, she knew that she should let him get back into normal life slowly.

Maybe first just have some kind of routine, like for eating, sleeping and showering. After that he should let him do chores and maybe even fighting again.

This made her thought of another thing. Should she also start her old routines again? If her son could just helping her, she would have more time in her hands. She used to have hobbies and train regularly but because of the lack of time, she had stopped.

However, she remembered those times and how sad she was. She just decided to stick into her habits at this time and forget her past. She had a new life, she had someone to care about and someone who cared about her. This was hundreds times better than her life as a mercenary.

She then closed her eyes and fell asleep.

In the room little bit further away from her, something completely different was happening. Leo was training. He was doing something that not many people even dreamed of doing. It's called "Body cleaning", it may sound easy, like a massage.

This process however is completely different from a massage. It's preparation would take 6 hours and the process it self 2 hours, so Leo had started it now, so that his mom was away, when he was starting. Why? Well, so she wouldn't hear the screams of pain coming from him.

At the morning, when Kagura was getting ready to leave, she was a little bit worried when Leo wasn't there already but after opening the door, she heard him.

"Have a good day!"

She got a faint smile on her face and responded.

"Thanks."

Kagura shut the door and walked her way towards the town and ready for a new work day.

During the night Leo had not gotten even a wink of sleep. This was because of the preparation for body cleaning. This was done by circulating mana in your body like blood. Over and over again making it go though the core multiple times. This was to purify it and after, more than six hours, the mana is extremely pure.

It would not be safe to let this mana be like this for long, because it needs extremely good skills to keep it in control, if he lost it for even a second, the mana would go crazy in his body. It's quite ironic that body cleaning is on the border of this.

And now it was time to start it. Body cleaning process, is a process to get rid of unwanted material outside the organs, meaning fat. You could not get poisons or something other that's inside an organ but fat is on the outside so it's removable.

Leo knew that getting rid of the fat in a traditional way with calorie deficit and exercising would take too much time. He had to start hunting as fast as possible and make money for his mother.

"It's time to start"

Leo started taking deep breaths. He wanted to be as calm as possible at this time.

"1 2 3, out 1 2 3 in"

He repeated this for minutes until he thought to be calm enough. It was finally time.

In the body mana behaves like blood, it circulates around the body and goes though the core to purify it back again. Mana veins don't get in the way of blood veins or muscles, they are like ghosts, they go though them.

However, it was possible to make them visible. Most people used visible mana only as a magic trick for children. It after all wasn't like weapon aura and didn't do any damage and was just harder to control.

However mana get dirty easily, this is why it's in a ghost like state and only people who can use magic can see it in places where it's dense, and other people when it's used as magic. However, someone got an idea with this, if mana picks up trash easily, then couldn't it be used for cleaning?

This is body cleaning. Making your mana visible and making it go around your organs and muscles to pick up fat and then cleaning it in your core. Then it's removed from the core by throwing up, shitting or it comes out of your eyes and ears.

This however is very painful, if only a punch to a liver can hurt a lot and make you go on your knees, when there's muscles and skin protecting it, then imagine if someone was tearing it off with no protection. It's painful.

Leo was hesitating, but not for long. He had had to go through so much pain and now he was given a chance to fix everything. He would not let it go. Leo made his mana go away from his mana veins and surround his organs. When mana was in place, he made it visible.

He did not feel any pain yet, he made mana get closer to his organs when they were almost touching them, he stopped. He already felt it, the mana was sucking the fat.

He gulped and then made the mana get back into his veins.

He almost lost consciousness immediately, the pain was out of this world. He knew that it was going to hurt, but because of all the fights that he had gone through, he thought that his pain resistance was high enough to not feel much.

He was wrong. He was so wrong, he could not even describe the pain he was going though, but it was worse than any kind of pain in the world. Worse than his girl friend leaving him or his mom dying. This was worse, but he also knew that it would be over soon.

So he only gritted his teeth and continued. It was the final stretched, and would need to happen soon or he would pass out and the mana in his body would go crazy killing him. So he had to stay focused.

Finally the mana got to his core, and because it was dirty again, it would not explode in his body.

"Heheheheh, I did it."

At that moment, Leo collapsed on the ground, and yellowish liquid started coming from hi eye sockets and ears. Luckily he did not choke while throwing up or shit his pants.

The man completely red from high heart rate was there laying on the ground while his body fat was getting out of his body and his body changes could be seen by a naked eye. Only one thing could be said, and that was.
