Shiva's eyes twitched as he gazed at the inventory part, where the only useful things were his weapon and the last two beer cans. He couldn't use anything else. Nevertheless, leaving the inventory aside, he had grown his power beyond his imagination.

He had gained two new titles, one which helped him fight the guardians and another which provided resistance against fear, both of which were useful in their own way. Next, his stats had increased by a total of 50, and the effect of the Challenger title had gone to charisma since strength was no longer his lowest stat.

He had also gained a new skill, Feast for the Dead, which he acquired after clearing the Tomb of the Fallen Legend dungeon, but he was yet to make use of it.

"It's going better than I thought."

He currently had three orc skeletons, two wolf skeletons, a two-headed orc skeleton, a skeleton mage, and the corruption giant. Each one was more terrifying than the other. 

Shiva had already reached his anticipated level in the tutorial.

"Should I try capturing 'it' in the trial?"

The trial that the Ruined Tower offered was very simple. The challenger is transported to an isolated space and there they will face monster waves. 

There will be a total ten waves of monsters, and just clearing three of them was enough to get an entry pass to the Ruined Tower. 

But it doesn't mean everyone stopped at the 3rd wave. Most people went on to face the next waves as clearing more waves would give greater rewards from the tower. 

On top of that, after clearing three waves, they could give up at any time to be transported to the tower, so it didn't hurt to try.

Shiva had also done the same in his past life and had cleared the dungeon until the 9th wave. And that's where he had met his second apostle. 

Although he tried the 10th wave, the creature that was present in the 10th wave was so powerful that Shiva had no choice but to give up. But since now he had gotten a second chance, he wanted to try clearing the 10th wave.

'Will my strength be enough?'

Shiva was definitely much stronger than he had been in the past when he faced the tutorial, but even now, he wasn't confident enough to face the creature that would appear in the 10th wave.

Just when Shiva was thinking about it, Karna appeared before him and bowed slightly.

"I have gathered the orphans as you have commanded. There are 32 of them, 12 girls and 20 boys, all of them around 16 to 18 years old, with some younger ones as well."

Shiva nodded after hearing Karna.

"You did a good job. Has anyone of them gained a level or a class?"

It was the second day after the tutorial had started, and there were about 40 hours left before the quest time limit to challenge the trial. 

If they failed to meet the requirements to clear the quest, people would lose their chance to enter the tower. The minimum requirements to challenge the trial were to reach level 10, acquire a class, and have killed more than 500 monsters. They were all pretty hard requirements, which is the reason why the number of people who entered the tower from Earth was less than 10 million in his past life, which will not be so different this time either. The rest who failed to meer the requirements were left on Earth, surviving barely by fighting against the monsters using their limited strength.

Shiva himself had already met all those requirements, but he wanted all the 32 children, including Karna and Regena, to enter the tower as well since he needed them for his plans, so he decided to help them meet the requirements.

"They have an average level of 3, and most of them don't have a class yet. As for killing monsters, they all have killed no more than 20-30 monsters each!"

Shiva felt his eye twitch at Karna's words. Including Karna and Regena, there were 34 children. If he wanted them all to enter the tower, then he had to arrange at least 17,000 monsters, which was an unthinkable number... not to mention that Shiva himself wanted to reach level 25 by the end of the deadline, as it was the limit of level to which a challenger could ascend in the tutorial.

"This is going to be hard."

Murmuring so, Shiva got up.

"Divide the children into three groups. I will take one, you and my skeletons will take one, and the giant will take another."

Shiva commanded, making his way out.

"I'll tell you the locations. We are going to target the portals. Leave the guardians for my summons, and you guys take care of the smaller fries."

The plan was simple. Monsters tend to swarm near the portals, and Shiva was going to use that to his advantage.

Shiva and his summons were going to help the children fight against the smaller fries until they were all capable of hunting by themselves, while he, the giant, and the two-headed orc with his other summons were going to take care of the portal guardians once the small fries were killed.

This way, he could increase his level while also helping the kids.

"Let's go, we don't have much time."

Thus, the hunting spree began!
