A Pain in the King's Heart

Rage is an overbearing thing for anybody. This feeling of hatred, and your throat gets tighter and tighter. Your lungs grow larger and larger to the point where it hurts your chest. Your eyes hone in faster. The hairs on your arms stand up. The veins on your fist grow thicker, as you squeeze your fist as tight as possible.

And the never ending feeling of wanting someone's life to come to an end.

That is the true feeling of Rage.

Siren walked around the room, as he kept his eyes locked onto his uncle who still has his hands sticking out. Siren placed his hands on the window, slowly dragging it along the wall with murder in his spiraling eyes. He walked around in a complete circle as he slowly put his hands together as a gust of wind emerged in the room.

"Realm: Curse of the Dead Flame"

A transparent scanner scanned the room as Siren's body slowly deteriorated. His body slowly vanished with a faint smirk appearing on his face. Suddenly a small black flame appeared where Siren used to be. It was small yet felt somewhat somber. It's presence wasn't overbearing but still felt like there was some spiritual pressure to it.

"Jacob, I appreciate the assistance, and I trust that you can handle it. Call me when the job is done." Coldstorm said as he walked into the elevator. Jacob's kindness facade slowly faded as his face went into a maliceful grin.

"Sorry Si. Business is just business. Besides, guess I'll be sending you to your daddy after all!" He said as Void embraced his eyes. He took a stance as he leaped the flame at full speed. But to Jacob's surprise he missed the attack as he turned around to attack again. This time however, A massive pain overcame his stomach as he was sent flying through the metallic wall and sent into the air.

Jacob's heart sank as the gust of wind pushing against his body was intense, as the pressure sent him going downward at high velocity.

He turned around and threw a small orb that erupted into a large platform that formed on top of a cloud. He began breathing heavily as his chest felt relieved from the pressure. "Come fight me like a man, nephew!" He shouted, still being cocky as he will ever be.

Just as he said that an unsettling feeling appeared behind him. It was the flame from earlier, but it was different. The flame grew larger, and its flames grew more aggressive. They whipped and lashed around in anger as they danced along with the steady wind.

Jacob began frowning as a spark of electricity ran through his eyes.

Jacob took a stance as he waited patiently for the next attack. The flare dashed towards Jacob within a blink of an eye as it appeared directly in front of him.

Jacob was quick to react to this as he stuck his arm out and felt cloth in the palm of his hands. He was quick to take advantage of the situation as another spark flowed through his eyes a lot bigger.

That was Jacob's ability. The ability to adapt. The more he learns, the larger the flash rushes to his brain to stimulate that development. Siren's body appeared to Jacob as transparent as it was.

"Gotcha" He whispered, as a large flash compacted into his hands. The flarish yellow outline erupted from the palm of his hands, as it launched a humongous beam that covered the sky. But it didn't hit Siren, instead he completely missed it. Jacob looked up as Siren delivered a quick axe kick to the back of Jacob's head. Siren continued the onslaught as he quickly snatched Jacob's loose hair up as he threw him up onto his feet as he dropped and kicked him to the edge of the platform.

Void oozed out of Siren's eyes as the droplets flung towards his legs like a magnet. They solidified onto his legs as they glowed a deep navy blue.

"I'm gonna rip you to shreds JACKASS!" Siren shouted as he blitzed towards Jaacob who could only grin at his nephew.

"You're just like your father, boy!" Jacob responded as he grabbed Siren's kick and began flinging him around.

Jacob began thrashing Siren against the rough platform as he did it repeatedly, then he threw Siren into the air as a Void-made string came out of Jacob's hand and quickly followed Siren and latched onto his foot.

Jacob yanked the chain, as Siren came along with it. Just as Siren got h up close to him, Jacob stuck his hand out and released another beam of Void into the air, piercing multiple clouds.

Siren stuck his hand out of the beam and grabbed Jacob's face, squeezing it abnormally hard. He could feel his skin being pulled off him as he beam stopped to reveal Siren's deadly gaze.

Siren remained unfazed even when parts of his skin were burnt off. His silent yet angered face only stared at his uncle with every intent to kill.

A large flash emerged from Siren's hand, and Jacob's face as suddenly screams could be heard from Jacob as he flung, and flailed around in panic.

Something began oozing from between the two as suddenly an eyeball dropped down.

Siren was melting Jacob's face.
