3rd Pov

Japan, Roppongi district of Minato, Tokyo, Might Tower.

One can see a luxurious, skyscraper-type building with a large planet that has dual rings on top of it in Tokyo City, inside the topmost floor one can see a very skinny man with sharp, angular features and long limbs, his neck long and eyebrows absent, he was discussing something with his staff, suddenly he got a phone call, he looked at others and said," Please wait for a bit".

The others didn't show any displeasure and nodded, they were the staff of Might Towers working under All Might, aka Toshinori Yagi, the world's greatest hero. Although they didn't know the secrets of his quirk and All for One, they knew All Might's true identity and the fact he was weakened after a fatal injury he received from a very powerful villain.

Toshinori took the call seeing the name, " Yes Tsukauchi? Hmm, you have something important to tell me?", he said.

" Yes All Might it is about a boy, he has a very powerful Quirk and lives alone, I am worried that he might be targeted by villains", Tsukauchi replied.

"Oh, It must be seriously considering you are personally telling me, anyway it will be better if you explain the situation face-to-face, I will arrange a place to meet how about it?", Toshinori said.

Tsukauchi agreed with All-Might, thus he replied," Okay, All Might meet me &&***((%% at ^&***((".

Toshinori nodded and said," Okay, I will meet you there, for now, I have to hang up since I am in a meeting", then saying goodbye he hang up the call, and shifted his focus to the meeting.

(Author's Note: For those who are going to say what is this b*llsh*t that I just wrote? Migh tower and stuff, let it be known that it is canon, not something I randomly made up, it is present in the MHA side series MHA Viliginate, which while I have not read considering it has 125 chapters, I have searched about it enough in Google, after getting roasted by a certain sarcastic Author, whose half of points were invalid I have decided to at least search the information I can from Google at least, there might be plotholes since I am not reading the series but this shall cover up most of the plotholes I would have made if I haven't searched)

3rd Pov

Toshinori Yagi aka All Might jumped down an Alley in his buffed form and then transformed back to his thin sickly self, he was currently wearing a white shirt and brown pants, he then walked towards the nearest cafe, soon he found Tsukauchi sitting on a chair, he sat down on the chair in front of Tsukauchi who greeted him," Thanks, Toshnori taking time to chat with me".

He nodded and said," Now, Tsukauchi what was about the boy and quirk you were talking about on the phone?"

Tsukauchi took out a file and slide it in front of Toshinori who glanced at it, then took it in his hands and opened it, turning the pages he looked at the contents seriously, when his eyes fell on Akash's second Quirk he exclaimed," Wait?! Energy Manipulation *Cough*!!", the shock was enough for him to cough out a mouthful of blood.

He was shocked by the name of the quirk, as it implied that the quirk holder was able to manipulate energy itself! He knew that doctors who named quirks would never exaggerate things and misname them, so he was sure the quirk's name was what it did.

Tsukauchi took out his handkerchief and handed it over to Toshinori who took it and wiped his blood from his mouth, then looking at Tsukauchi he asked seriously," I can understand why you wanted to tell me about this personally, but how strong his quirk is?".

Tsukauchi replied," Well, he can manipulate Fire, Air, and Kinetic energy so far and even condense water, and this might be its basic applications, once his control over quirk gets stronger he might be able to do more, maybe in the future, he would be able to manipulate all types of Energies".

Toshinori's face became serious upon hearing that and then said," If his powers were to fall into wrong hands then that would be a disaster also why here it is written that he is living alone when he is just 12 years?!".

Tsukauchi sighed and said," Well, I was also surprised and wondered what type of b*llsh*t that was but he is an Orphan and his first quirk makes him mature enough, so after some court case he got permission to live alone".

Toshinori shook his head and said," Unforgivable! Letting a child live alone is nothing but stupid!".

Tsukauchi replied," Unfotanutately I can't do anything about it, the court's judgment is justified after many trials, and by now we can't force him to live in an orphan, it depends on that kid on how he wants to live".

Toshinori then thought for a bit and said," Then it's decided I will go and meet that kid and persuade him to live somewhere safer, preferably where I can protect him easily like Might Tower, it won't be a problem for him to live in Might Tower considering there are many empty rooms"

Tsukauchi was a bit surprised by this but he understood All Might's thought process, for a kid who had such a powerful Quirk, he needed to be guided properly and guarded against the threats like Villains. Though he didn't know that All Might had another motive as well. ' If he meets my other requirement then he can be my successor ', he thought.

Knowing that Akash had a very powerful Quirk, coupled with his One For All maybe he can succeed him and become the new Pillar of Justice! He already was negatively affected by his injuries, limiting his Hero Work and he had been searching for a worthy successor now, and he saw Akash as his potential successor.

Tsukauchi suddenly took out a photo and said," Before we go through see this photo", his voice broke Toshinori's thought, then he took the photo from Tsukauchi's hand and looked at it seeing a very beautiful and cute girl, he looked at Tsukauchi suspiciously for a bit making him feel awkward.

Then suddenly remembering something he compared it to the child photo of Akash in the files and then said," Is she Akash's Sister?", asked only to see Tsukauchi shake his head and reply," No, that is the current photo of Akash".

It shocked Toshinori greatly, enough for him to cough out another mouthful of blood, some of which he spit on Tsukauchi's face, he then quickly wiped the blood from his mouth and looked at Tsukauchi's face which was covered in a bit of his blood, he gave him an apologetic look and said," Sorry for that".

Tsukauchi wiped his face using another handkerchief that he took out from his pocket," You have another handkerchief?", Toshinori asked, Tsuckauchi replied," Yes, I have brought three handkerchiefs considering I was gonna meet you".

"*Cough!!*", Toshinori coughed another mouthful of blood hearing his words, Tsukauchi got a bit worried and said," Calm yourself Toshnori, I don't want you to bring you to the hospital due to blood loss".

Toshinori nodded wiping out the blood and then said," Don't worry even if I were to cough ten more times it won't affect me much, anyway I am greatly surprised by his current looks".

Tsukauchi nodded and said," Indeed, I was too but it is probably due to his quirk making him look a female, anyway when should we go and meet him".

Toshinori pondered for a bit and then said," It would be rude to go out now, let's meet him tomorrow".

Tsukauchi replied, "Okay".

They then decided to leave, but not before they had to pay for staining the tablecloth for which Toshinori got reprimanded by the Cafe Boss, only if the boss knew whom he had reprimanded then he would have died of shock.

Akash Pov

Looking at my current income of 5Million Dollars, I nodded satisfied, if we were to covert it into Yen then that would be exactly 674,215,000 Yen, thus I am a millionaire now, and all of this income is simply from just Minecraft, once I was to release my other paid content it will skyrocket.

Now, I could have taken other alternatives for earning money like assassination, but doing so will put me under the radar and my current self doesn't have enough hiding abilities, I can also not use the full power of my Predator due to lack of Magicules, so I will be unable to beat any strong opponent as well for now.

Thus, I took a safer approach, which not only gives me a safe identity but also provides a base for other identities for copying quirks I am gonna make, currently Great Sage is studying all the information related to Nuclear energy and reactor. It would still take her some time before she is finished learning and digesting all the information.

I also need to do practical trials before I could succeed in making a working Nuclear energy generator, also while planning that yesterday I asked Great Sage if I can use my Extra Skill Isolation to directly ingest Nuclear materials, which I can't since only things that I can't observe be broken down and even then there are some limits.

Such an obvious weakness annoyed me, but nothing can be done and so while she is studying how to make a Nuclear Energy Generator I am currently searching for any useful quirks in the Japanese Quirk Database. Since I have shifted Great Sage's full focus to learning information I have to do it manually.

Not much hard considering I have an Extra skill Virtual Programmer which makes it a breeze for me to hack and do all the work sneakily under the Japanese government's nose. Suddenly under my sonar sense, I felt a familiar figure and quickly switched off Pc, then I heard my doorbell ring and I knew who it was.

A smile came on my lips since prey has come to a predator.

3rd Pov

All Might let Tsukauchi ring the doorbell and soon it opened, Akash gave Tsukauchi unfriendly look and said," Why are you here Mr. Detective?", the latter seeing Akash's unfriendly look said," Hello Akash, I am here since someone wanted to meet you", he glanced at All Might who opened the door completely and looking at Akash gave his signature smile and said," I am here!!".

Akash looked at All Might like he doesn't know him making him feel awkward, All Might quickly showed some moves and again said," Young Akash! All Might is here!", Akash seeing this said," Don't worry I know about world's No. 1 hero".

All Might coughed in embarrassment and then said," Young Akash I am here to talk with you about something important!", Akash quickly moved in front of him, spread his hand, and said," Take me", All Might gave him a confused look and said, "Eh?", to which Akash replied," I want to sit on your shoulders!", All Might nodded and quickly made him sit on his shoulders.

Akash grabbed his two tufts sticking above his head and said," Indeed your unique hairstyle does suit you", and then he sneakily made a small hidden part of his palm back into the slime and moved them to devour some of his hair. After that, he heard the Voice of the World in his head.

He then said," Let me down!", All Might obediently did as he said, after which he looked at him poked his abdomen, and said," You look like you are on Steroids and would go Poof anytime", All Might and Tsukauchi became nervous hearing that and All Might asked," What do you mean by that?".

Akash replied," Nothing, anyway I don't want to talk with you so", he quickly went inside and then said," Good Bye!", he closed the door in front of All Might who was unable to react, even now he was stunned, and Tsukauchi coughed making him break out of the stupor, All Might looked at Tsukauchi and asked," What just happened?".

Tsukauchi sighed and said," It seems he isn't interested in meeting you, though I still don't get why he wanted to sit on your shoulders", All Might quickly click on the doorbell and shouted," Akash! I really have something important to talk with you!".

Soon they heard a voice," I am currently busy, If you want to meet me then come next week", Tsukauchi and All Might became dumbfounded, especially All Might, this was the first time in years that someone denied meeting him! Heck, Akash even said if he wanted to talk with him then they have to come next week.

Even the world's richest people would never deny All Might's request to meet them, heck they would leave all their work and what they are doing no matter the importance to rush to meet with him their Superhero All Might, but Akash was different who didn't want to talk with them at least now, for him testing his new Skills was most important.

Tsukauchi looked at All Might and said," All Might this-", ALL Might quickly said," Fine we will leave! But don't forget your promise, Young Akash!", they quickly heard a reply," I am not the one to break my promises, you can talk with me next week". All Might nodded satisfied while Tsukauchi looked at him speechless.

All Might saw Tsukauchi's expression and said," I am not going to force a child to talk with me, and if he is ready to meet me later on then let's do just that", Tsukauchi nodded and said," I guess expected of you All Might, if it had been someone else, *sigh* then let's leave, I have also an important case to handle". All Might nodded and then they left.

Akash Pov

After I sensed them leaving, I calmly sat on my bed and asked,' Great Sage tell me about my new skills '.

Skill: Transfer as the name suggest lets its user transfer his abilities in the Master's case his skill to others Extra Skill: Stockpile lets the user stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing them to significantly enhance all of their physical abilities to a superhuman level and boost the power of other abilities], she replied.

Although I got only two Skills from devouring his gene, I can understand the reason for it, by now One For All is a semi-spiritual ability so only the Abilities that still are completely genetic in this case Transfer and Stockpile were I was able to acquire by devouring his DNA samples. This ability is gonna make me super strong. It seems I am on the right track.
