Synopsis is enough to pull the readers in, what I like about a synopsis is short yet intriguing and the author's story did pulled me in. I can sense the author did a lot of research, writing this. I haven't come across a novel before that tackles much about science especially the law of physics. The narration is descriptive enough for readers to grasp the setting, the characters. Give this book a try, everyone! Support the author!
Obligatory author review! Between researching formatting/editing techniques, devouring countless video essays that discuss pacing/themes/cliches, and hundreds of hours of dabbling in quantum mechanics and archeological study... Crimson Riptide is something I've put a lot of work into. I'm pleased with the balance of realistic character development, and intriguing thought puzzles that support world building. I plan on accomplishing great things within this story, so add it to your collection if you want to occasionally add comments that'll help me along the way!
Me, a Liberal Arts major, trying to understand science...RIP. But seriously, this is a very creative premise! The writing is good, the characters are interesting, and the story world is clearly meticulously imagined. The only advice I can offer the author is to be mindful of long paragraphs, especially ones with fragmented dialogue. Appropriate paragraph breaks make for a more fluid reading experience. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes!
Narration: Decent and immersive Worldbuilding: Vast and detailed Character development: Nice and steady Character design: Outstanding Dialogues: Realistic and Lifelike Pacing: Not fast nor too slow Writing quality: Magnificent Execution of the Genre: Good pitch Story potential: High Updating Stability: Steady This is my review! Hope you like it! đ Dear new readers, Please give this novel a chance. I am sure the author will surprise you in many ways! đ
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. In other words, The Daytime (Crimson) moves twice as quickly as the Night-time (Shroud) but it doesn't mean that events that are faster for one observer may not be for another so it belives the counterintuitive idea that time flows differently according to the state of the Crimson and the Shroud, it means to say that despite they are between two speeds they are still connected to each other. For example: If you're traveling from one place to another place let say 10 km away. The absolute distance will be 10 km of course, except the relative distance can be shortened, even if your a shroud, if you're using cars and the crimson is walking. the relative distance shrinks because now the time taken for you to travel over the same distance has been reduced.
