Sorry, everyone, I can't upload the second chapter for today. Electricity's out again T _ T and the copy of the second chapter is on my laptop. I'll just update it tomorrow, three chapters.

I also want to tell everyone that I'll upload two chapters starting tomorrow and temporarily stop four chapters a day. It is quite tiring, and I feel like there's no point in letting myself suffer for a hobby.

I'll also speed up the arc since it becoming slow, and the development is sluggish; we barely uncovered the important bits and are stuck in a side battle with no actual progress. The plot is getting sidetracked, and the overarching plot is becoming irrelevant, so I'm speeding up the Imperial Record Hall Arc, so we can proceed to the real thing.

Also, if anyone doesn't understand the power scaling, if you want to see it, you can comment down so I can publish it.
