The Bear Slayer

The nameless character have their clothes changed into something similar. He is wearing a new type of metal gauntlets he got from Viper. The time of the Armageddon has begun.

He meets up with Viper and Kuro in Viper's building. "Are you ready for this?" asked Viper, as her eyes looks deep through the nameless character's red eyes. He simply nods in approval. Viper grins and have her underlings work with something. They prepared a new pair of gauntlet. Their quality is so much better than the last one, but the demon's gauntlet is the best than all.

"Follow me then." Kuro said then goes to the elevator. The nameless character followed by suddenly stopped by Viper. "I don't really know who you are or 'what' you are but try anything funny, I shall kill you for good." said Viper with her grip tightening on his arm. The nameless character didn't respond and shrugs off Viper, which didn't leave a good impression at her. The nameless character once again named Enma.

Entering the elevator to the underworld, Enma stands still and patiently waits inside while Kuro glances at him with wary eyes. "This bastard got the interest from the cops. I really hate him but at the same time, I feel this certain feeling. It is disturbing..." Kuro thought in his head. He presses a button then the elevator begins to move.

The elevator stopped moving and the door opens by itself, revealing the once again the underworld. The people here now recognize Enma for his menacingly aura. Some praises for his power while some are afraid of him. Enma only hears gibberish because he isn't used to hear the language he just learned from Queen Gloria.

A man in red suit called out Enma but it was ignored. He called him again but it failed again. "This scoundrel must be ignorant to those who exactly rules this place." He said then called over his henchmen. He points at Enma and ordered, "Teach this commoner a lesson he won't forget!"

The henchmen approach Enma from behind. "Hey buddy. Wanna drink some booze?" One of the henchmen said with a grin to his face. Enma, not knowing what the henchman said, simply goes in his way. The henchman is pissed and throws a bottle of empty booze directly towards Enma's head.

*SHATTERED!!!*

The beer bottle has shattered but not because it hits Enma, instead it was batted away by Kuro using a black baton. "Fuck off piece of shit." Kuro said in provocation. The henchmen got angry and charges towards Enma and Kuro. Surprisingly, Kuro can take on two of the strong henchmen all by himself.

To Enma, none was matched against him. He didn't even need to use his fists. Whenever a henchman gets closer to Enma, he will either sweeps his leg or kick them with his boots. He also breaks all weapons even the metal ones like a metal rod or a knife using only his elbows and knees.

Kuro finishes off the two henchmen by smashing his baton at their joints as hard as he can, resulting either fracture or dislocation to the two. He breathes deeply then groans afterwards. He is bruised a little bit and he got exhausted from avoiding all the attacks. His nose is bleeding because of the shards of his sunglasses that pierced his skin. But the pain is not that bad. It is a small cut. It is a miracle that his eyes were intact.

Enma wins flawlessly. All the henchmen were annihilated. The man in red suit got angry then shouts at Enma for being disobedient. "What manners did you learn from birth you scoundrel?! Not only you ignore me twice but had the audacity to attack my men!! You are no better than a barbarian! Get out and return where you came from!!" He shouted at Enma with his powerful voice. Everyone looks at Enma with hostility in their eyes.

This is not really the first time this happened. Rich people tend to belittle commoners who are a total stranger, and Enma is a stranger after all. His identity is very vague and he is the very reason why some people lost their cash from gambling. To everyone's surprise, Enma is waiting for Kuro patiently. He doesn't listen to everyone.

"How dare you!!" The man in red suit yelled then throws a slap across Enma's face. Enma did not flinch nor react to that attack. The man got more angry and wants to throw a punch. But everyone suddenly moves out of the way frantically. Enma feels mana to his right. The red man drops to his knees and starts to tremble.

A huge man with long bangs that is enough to cover his eyes. His big body that can be compared to a bodybuilder. His only outfit looks what a typical bandit would wear. And his noticeable weapon at his back. His weapon is a pickaxe. Everyone minds their own business and acts that nothing happened.

Enma sense something is wrong. The mana surrounding the man is very thin, so thin that it actually shows his entire build without obscuring one's vision. In his experience, people who have this type of mana cannot be underestimated.

The man in red suit says, "L-let me explain! This scoundrel does not listen to my words! I only sent my men to have his attention but he beats them up senseless! He is a literal psychopath!! If anyone needs to be punished it's him!!" The huge man listens then says, "Then what about that guy?" while pointing at Kuro who got injured from the fight. The man in red suit got shocked and tries to think about an excuse.

"That man is in league with that scoundrel. He also must be punished!!" said the man in red suit pointing at Kuro. Kuro got angry and shouted at the man for being rude and unreasonable. The man chuckles then asks why is he the unreasonable one. He says he tried to talk but they ignored him twice without giving respect.

The two bickers at each other and Enma doesn't seem to know how heavy of this trouble he is in. The huge man however, seems to not buy anything about what the man in red suit said. "You know what they say, liars will have their pants set on fire." He said then flicked his fingers.

The man in red suit suddenly have his pants set on fire. He panicked and tries to take off his pants. He cries very hard about how expensive his pants were. The huge man then say this, "You forgot who I am. I am the underworld's enforcer." The man in red suit apologizes over and over again and begs to be spared. He even tries to bribe the huge man with money. But in half a minute of time, blood sprayed on the air, showering the ground.

The man in red suit got their skull pierced through above with a pickaxe. Everyone went silent as some people in black clothes carried the corpse away from the scene. Kuro is very shocked about what happened. His hands is trembling with fear, knowing how dangerous that huge man is.

To Enma's eyes, he knew exactly what happened. To light the pants of fire, the huge man fires off a magic spell towards the pants. But to do so without chanting, you need to master that one specific spell and it is not easy. He can tell that huge man is proficient at magic but what is stranger is his build.

A mage who spend their lives in magic naturally do not have well trained muscles. But this man has big muscles that is trained with hard-work and not enhanced with magic. A feat like this is not possible unless one is a demon. He grew suspicious towards that man. Also for the fact that there are so many visible scars around his body meant he experienced many battles in his life. Even wounds that cannot be inflicted in normal means.

Apparently people gossip about the rumors about the huge guy. He is known as the Bear Slayer. He was once an infamous fighter in the underworld who everyone hates. He was very raggy and dirty, not to mention stinky. He always bring pickaxes with him around as his weapon. They have watched him in action.

He brutally defeats all his opponents with sheer strength and ferocity. With his roar like a lion and his strength like a bull, no other participants had the chance to win against him. He is the current champion of the Armageddon and also got chosen as the underworld's enforcer. He was picked by someone with authority and since then, the underworld is in order.

Enma tries to talk with Kuro but he also doesn't know because he rarely comes in the underworld until recently. People look at Enma then they suddenly feared him then moves out of his way. Kuro finds this strange. Why everyone who looks at Enma with spite now avoids him out of fear.

He calls for Enma and when he turns around, Kuro's face turned shock. The look of Enma's face looks to those who despises something very deeply. He scowls and his eyes can pierce through anything methaphorically. He is also obviously clenching his fist very tightly. Did something happened to piss Enma off?

The answer to that is a mystery and Enma doesn't show a reason for it. More accurately, he cannot show a reason. He cannot even comprehend other words that he didn't learn about. For why everyone is afraid of Enma now, is because it reminded them how the Bear Slayer started his career as the underworld Armageddon Combantant.

Meanwhile, the Bear Slayer is patrolling the perimeter. The people feared him and moves out of the way. But strange enough, his followers are very obedient and favors him. "Boss, why did you left that man alone?" asked one follower. The Bear Slayer smiled and said, "He is a worthy warrior. I respect to those who takes action than those who are all talk but no bite. Also he is an Armageddon Combantant. It will be interesting to know which of us is the stronger one."

The followers laughs it off and joked that even they can beat him. But they also respected Enma for being strong. "This year's tournament will be super interesting. Of course we wolves will support the bear." said one follower then suddenly they laughed out loud about what he said.

"Stupid, he is a bear slayer." Said one follower. The Bear Slayer grins and gave his followers pork barbecues. "The key to power is to eat and nourish your body with energy. It will be my treat." said the Bear Slayer as he gives three pork barbecues per follower. The followers jumps in joy and begins to eat the barbecue, savoring its tender pork meat and delicious saucy oyster sauce.

The Bear Slayer then ordered his men to follow his orders and train as hard as he does. His followers lets out the loud "YES BOSS!!!". The Bear Slayer begins to jogs and chants their marching song. His followers obeyed the order and jogs along with him, in order to become stronger like their idol.
