As Tian Phai chose to reveal his name, he advanced to one of the platforms nearby. Suspicious eyes were fixed upon him, unable to make the connection between the innocent-looking child before them and the formidable reputation associated with the sky layer.

Tian Phai, along with five boys and four girls, headed to different platforms, each representing their chosen opponent.

On the first platform, to the right of Tian Phai, stood a burly boy with scales at the base of his neck. The name written in front of him was Niu Jill.

To his right was a child in black with a cold expression, named Sha Cheng.

Further to the right, one of the four girls stood. She had an average appearance, with a fair oval face. The name displayed in front of her was Putong Megwai, meaning "common rose."

Next to her was a handsome boy with blonde, short hair and a fair complexion. His name was Gray Nightlight.

Beside him stood a charming girl with brown hair and hazel eyes, destined to blossom into a beauty as she grew older. Her name was Katrina Neverland.

Adjacent to her was an older-looking girl compared to the others on the platforms. She had red hair tied in a ponytail and green eyes. Her name was Hong-Ji.

On the other side stood a boy with completely white hair and red eyes, his appearance sending chills down the spines of those who beheld him. His pale complexion added to his eerie aura. His name was Sa Dan.

Next to him was another boy with dark skin and a healthy appearance, exuding a masculine presence despite his young age. He was neither exceptionally handsome nor unattractive. His name was Jassas.

Lastly, on the last platform, stood a girl with silver hair and black eyes, radiating beauty in both appearance and figure. Her name was Rose.

In total, ten individuals from the Heaven Tier chose to reveal their names, while five opted to keep them hidden.

The Sovereign then spoke, "Now, for all those below the Heaven Tier, you may challenge those in the Heaven Tier. If you win, you will claim their position and rank for one year, along with their resources. However, if you fail, you must be prepared to relinquish all your resources to the victor for the same duration."

"For those in the Heaven Class who choose not to reveal their names, your resources will be halved. However, you will be protected and exempted from participating in the class challenge publicly. The other half of your resources will be distributed among those who choose to reveal their names."

"Now, does anyone have any questions for the challengers?"

Sha Xing raised his hand, and the Sovereign granted him permission to ask his question.

"Sovereign, is it possible for someone in the sky layer to challenge another person in the sky layer?" Sha Xing inquired.

"No, fighting between individuals in the Heaven Layer is prohibited," the Sovereign replied directly.

Sha Xing nodded in understanding and remained silent.

With no further questions, the Sovereign declared, "Let the challenges begin."

Almost immediately, someone appeared on Sha Xing's platform, ready to challenge him. Tian Phai, Sa Dan, and Putong Megwai were surprised by how quickly the challenges commenced and intrigued by their chosen opponents.

They sensed the latent strength within Sha Xing, realizing that he was far from weak. Tian Phai deduced the reason behind the challenges, thinking to himself, "It seems those fools mistook his non-response to Niu Jill's recent provocation as fear."

Many had witnessed the confrontation between Sha Xing and Niu Jill, assuming that Sha Xing was somewhat afraid of him. These suspicions, along with Sha Xing's question to the Sovereign, led them to choose him as their primary adversary.

Facing Sha Xing on the stage stood a boy who appeared to be around twelve years old. He had dark hair, average looks, but his demeanor was far from ordinary. "My name is Xu Fu, the second-ranked within the first layer. I'm here to claim your position. If you withdraw, I'll show you mercy," he proclaimed.

Sha Xing coldly stared at him, undeterred by the challenging presence.

The onlookers thought Sha Xing might tremble, but instead, he replied, "Has the challenge begun?" addressing the Sovereign.

"It begins now," affirmed the Sovereign.

Upon hearing this, Sha Xing declared, "Then I surrender."

His words elicited astonishment from the crowd. However, the astonishment quickly transformed into intense sarcasm and laughter.

Even Niu Jill fell to the ground, laughing until tears streamed from his eyes. He exclaimed, "Trash is truly rubbish."

Despite the mockery and laughter, Sha Xing remained unwavering, his gaze fixed on the Sovereign.

"Since Sha Xing has withdrawn, the victor is Xu Fu," announced the Sovereign.

Before descending from the stage, Sha Xing sneered and addressed the Sovereign, "Now, I challenge that freak called Niu Jill."

"Yes, you may," affirmed the Sovereign.

"Then I challenge that freak called Niu Jill," Sha Xing declared amidst the sneers and laughter.
